As an Intercompany Center of Excellence (CoE) Closing and Reporting Accounting Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in intercompany financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Month-End Closing and Reporting: Execute key activities such as Goods-in-Transit reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments. Intercompany Reconciliations: Ensure accuracy and alignment across all entities. Data Analysis for Proposals: Provide financial reports and variance analysis to support strategic initiatives. Operational Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues related to intercompany transactions. Deliver Operational KPIs and Compliance: Achieve key performance indicators and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Support the operational team and contribute to system improvements and ongoing initiatives. Audit Support: Provide documentation for external, internal, and tax audits.
Key Requirements
Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 1-3 years of accounting experience. ERP Systems Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze and resolve issues. Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive Mindset: Solution-oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively. Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; other European languages are desirable.
