Purpose of the role:

This position is part of Sanofi Business Operations, within Process Excellence & Innovation organization and reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement.

Process Excellence & Innovation (PE&I) drives continuous improvement and process excellence, ensuring existing service towers adopt a standard framework, methodologies and tools to deliver upon end-to-end process excellence ambition.

The role will provide Continuous Improvement leadership to help standardize and transform our end-to-end process. The role is focused on complex initiatives, that can span transversally across end-to-end process areas and regions, in an environment with a high degree of interdependency.

Main responsibilities:

The Procurement Management Office Support, reporting into the Head of Procurement Management Office, will play an important role in supporting the Procurement Leadership Team’s strategic projects, interactions, and communications:

• Assist in the implementation of engagement initiatives within the Procurement department.
• Create content and define coms channels in support of the Procurement head of communications to managing internal communication.
• Support in the organization of trainings, including but not limited to maintaining training calendar, invitations, recordings, documentation, attendance records and feedback forms.
• Organize and monitor action plans, assisting the Head of Procurement Management Procurement Office, the Head of Transformation office, and the leadership teams in organizing and coordinating efforts, in line with Procurement priorities.
• Support on the governance of meetings involving Procurement leaders.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by procurement managers or senior leadership.
• Coordinate Procurement events as required, including but not limited to PLT roadshows, offsites, Partner to Win summits.
• Assist in the evaluation of supplier performance by collecting feedback from internal stakeholders. 

About you

Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in GBS / BPO Shared Services industry or consulting industry.

Skills:

• Proven track record of managing projects from initiation through closure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage project challenges.
• Excellent written and oral communication & inter-personal skills, ability to develop high-quality documents.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently and take initiative under pressure.
• Strong collaboration mindset with ability to work with a group of people with different functional expertise.
• Efficient analytical skills, attention to details.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration.

Languages:

• Fluency in English.
