The Global Rewards & Performance team at CHC is a group of motivated, energetic, and collaborative seasoned compensation and benefits professionals, organized in regional and subject matter expertise sub-teams, with the common objective to improve business’ ability to attract, retain and motivate top talent by developing and operating compensation and benefits policies and practices.

This position plays a key role within the Reward Solutions & Communication team by overseeing transversal projects within the Global R&P function including, but not restricted to,

As part of the Rewards Solutions & Communication team, you can contribute to the success of the following topics:

  • Support for Global Processes (providing guidelines and support, administrating and coordinating the data needed for the process via preparation, corrections, load, managing functional and technical issues across the process)
  • Liaise with Digital and People Services teams to ensure the proper set up, testing and configuration of Workday functionalities (i.e., comp tool, journeys, notifications, reports, worksheets, etc).
  • Promote data accuracy and ensure the correct functioning of Workday during the global cycles.
  • Day-to-day support (supporting end-users with functional and technical issues related to the use of HR systems, monitoring activities, loads)
  • Communicate and train the relevant stakeholders on how to use all the Workday functionalities to support these programs.
  • Manage and support inquiries from the R&P teams related to compensation and performance functionalities in Workday, as well as access to the tool in line with Sanofi data privacy/protection norms.
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and act upon continuously improving the user experience in Workday and the best usage of Sanofi resources during the compensation and performance cycles.
  • Create and keep updated relevant documentation about the current processes, procedures, and workflows for these programs.
  • Reply appropriately to any internal and/or external inquires related to these programs.
  • Proactively identify, propose, and implement improvements opportunities related to compensation and performance processes and tools.
  • Knowledge management through the team and the development of local tools to ensure a high level of support (documentation, knowledge sharing…), contribution to knowledge transfer and education of first level

About you

Experience

  • First hands on experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
  • Broad understanding of HR process and activities
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday, ServiceNow
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Graduate or master’s degree with HR or business administration
  • Fluent in English
