Unser Team:
Das Manufacturing Excellence Team optimiert kontinuierlich die Produktions- und Arbeitsprozesse am Kölner Standort, um höchste Effizienz, Qualität und maximale Kostenreduktion zu erreichen. Mithilfe von bewährten Lean-Methoden identifizieren wir Verbesserungspotenziale, welche in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen umgesetzt werden. Dabei nutzen wir Datenanalysen zur Überprüfung der Fertigungsprozesse, welche anhand von Kennzahlen (KPIs) an die Stakeholder reported werden. Für die Datenerhebung, deren Auswertung sowie die anschließende Umsetzung der daraus resultierenden Verbesserungspotenziale suchen wir aktuell eine Verstärkung für unser Team.

Hauptaufgaben:
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean-Management-Prinzipien in der Pharmaproduktion
Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen mit dem Ziel der Effizienzsteigerung und Kostenreduktion
Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätssicherung
Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen für das Management
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um Lean-Initiativen erfolgreich umzusetzen
Über Dich
Berufserfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Lean Management sind von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten: Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Ausbildung: Fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Französisch ist ein Plus
