Rejoindre Sanofi Compiègne, c’est intégrer l’un des neuf centres mondiaux de la LEAN Academy. Il héberge un centre de Production de formes solides et un centre de Développement Industriel d’Innovation pour les catégories Allergie, Douleur et Digestif.
Grâce à l’application d’un système de production LEAN, le site démontre une grande performance dans la fabrication de médicaments à destination du grand public.
A PROPOS DU POSTE
L’équipe
En tant que membre du comité de direction du site, le responsable Supply Chain travaille en réseau avec notamment pour objectif de maximiser le niveau de Customer Service tout en améliorant la performance économique du site et la gestion des opérations logistiques. Ce poste stratégique requiert une expertise sur les différents aspects de la supply-chainafin de piloter une équipe pluridisciplinaire d’une cinquantaine de collaborateurs.
Principales missions :
Manager et développer les équipes du secteur
Leader les projets de transformation et les projets stratégiques au niveau de la supply chain
Développer les plans stratégiques et opérationnels au niveau de la supply chaine afin d’assurer que le site dispose des ressources appropriées (actuelles et projetées)
Communiquer les plans de ressources pour obtenir un consensus des ventes, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de la fabrication répondant aux marchés actuels et en devenir
Accompagner les équipes en tant que responsable d’exploitation dans la gestion des opérations logistiques des magasins
Participer à la planification et à la mise en œuvre de projets liés à la logistique
Garantir la satisfaction des clients par des livraisons en qualité, quantité et en temps, et par une gestion de l'information exacte et rapide
Assurer la gestion de la demande par des circuits cours (directs) et fiables
Proposer la mise en place de processus de communication avec les marchés
Définir l’expression des besoins en volume à court, moyen et long terme
Organiser une gestion rigoureuse et efficace des stocks à un niveau conforme aux objectifs
Définir et faire vivre les niveaux cibles de stocks en intégrant le principe de la Supply Chain et les directives du Groupe
Assurer la mise en place de méthodes de travail fiables liées à l'utilisation, l'approvisionnement et à l'inventaire
Assurer la mise à disposition des informations relatives à l'activité et à la valeur des matières dans le cadre de l'établissement du budget
Elaborer et gérer le budget du département
Assurer le soutien du service Achats afin d'optimiser le coût total d'acquisition des matières, la sécurisation des approvisionnements ainsi que des achats hors production
A PROPOS DE VOUS
Expérience et formation
Bac + 5
Forte Expérience en logistique, finance, production et planification
Expérience minimum de 10 ans en Supply Chain et en management d'équipe
Compétences humaines et relationnelles

Compétences métiers et techniques
