As a Procurement Site Lead Specare in our Framingham location, you will be responsible for supporting site-level procurement operations, aligning local needs with Sanofi’s global procurement strategies. You will contribute to cost reduction initiatives, improve supplier performance, and drive the strategic development of procurement solutions. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in optimizing supplier relationships to enhance site efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
- Support Global Lead Buyers and Category Managers on procurement strategy development and execution for Direct & Indirect procurement categories.
- Collaborate with the Critical Material Management Team to reduce sourcing risk and contribute to site sustainability and cost-reduction goals.
- Master the site’s spend profile and deliver world-class savings objectives across all procurement domains.
- Drive local and global procurement initiatives by engaging with suppliers and ensuring adherence to global contract terms.
- Support supplier quality and delivery performance at the site level while ensuring alignment with Sanofi’s procurement standards.
- Develop strong business partnerships with site stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and quality.
- Address supply chain and procurement challenges by collaborating with site stakeholders and escalating major supplier issues when necessary.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business (a procurement qualification is a plus).
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields (knowledge of Pharma, Biologics, or FMCG categories is preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, matrix environment.
- Project management and cross-functional team facilitation experience.
