Unser Team:
Als Technical Compliance innerhalb der transversalen Einheit ICF Engineering Projects haben wir einen breit gefächerten Aufgabenbereich. Die Aufgaben reichen von der technischen und fachlichen Unterstützung bei Projektierung bis hin zur Qualifizierung und Optimierung von Räumen und Equipments.
Hauptaufgaben:
Die Aufgabe dieser Stelle ist die technische und fachliche Unterstützung bei Projektierung, Qualifizierung und Optimierung von Equipments zur Herstellung, Prüfung und Lagerung von Arzneimitteln/Medizinprodukten mit Schwerpunkt auf Lüftungsanlagen, Reinräumen und Laminar Flow Einheiten.
- Erarbeitung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung eines systematischen und effizienten Qualifizierungskonzeptes mit dem Ziel der Qualitätssicherung unter Beachtung unternehmensspezifischer Anforderungen sowie nationaler und internationaler Qualitätsregeln und Standards.
- Herstellung und Aufrechterhaltung des qualifizierten Zustands der Anlagen, Equipments und Räume im Rahmen von Investitions- / Reparatur- und Verbesserungsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären und funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams sowie externen Dienstleistern
- Koordination/ Leitung und Durchführung von Risikoanalysen zum technischen Equipment und Räumen
- Erstellung von Qualifizierungsdokumenten
- Unterstützung von Maschinenabnahmen (FAT) und Inbetriebnahmen (SAT)
- Koordination und Durchführung der Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen: Design Review, Testphase (IQ/OQ/PQ) GxP relevanter Ausrüstung und Räumen
- Im Lebenszyklus Bearbeitung und Bewertung von Änderungen an technischen Anlagen und Räumen (Change Control / Change Request)
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Requalifizierungen / Periodic Reviews
- Präsentation des eigenen Fachgebietes im Rahmen von nationalen und internationalen Behördeninspektionen sowie internen Audits
- Geschäftsreisen im Rahmen der Projektabwicklung
- Prüfung und Umsetzung globaler und regulatorischer Anforderungen in standortspezifische SOPs
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Strategie zur Qualifizierung o.g. Systeme in Abstimmung mit interdisziplinären Teams (Konzeptionell, Templates, etc.)
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung globaler Anforderungsdokumente
Über Sie
Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
- Abgeschlossenes pharmazeutisches, naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium, vorzugsweise mit den Schwerpunkten VT / EMR / Automatisierungstechnik oder Pharmatechnik / Medizintechnik oder abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie

- Bereitschaft zu transversaler Zusammenarbeit über Funktionsgrenzen / Abteilungen hinweg
- Kundenorientierung
- Teamorientierung / Teamplayer mit exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Technische Fähigkeiten / Fertigkeiten
- Aktives Vorantreiben von Änderungen / Optimierungen im Delegationsbereich
- Ergebnis- und Lösungsorientierung, Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
- Kenntnisse bezogen auf FDA- und anderen regulatorischen Anforderungen wie z.B. cGMP und DIN EN ISO 14644
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Qualifizierungs- und/oder Validierungsprojekten
- Erfahrungen im Rahmen von Behördeninspektionen sind von Vorteil
Sprachen
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
