Der im Industriepark Höchst gelegene Insulin Campus Frankfurt (ICF) ist ein kürzlich erfolgter Zusammenschluss von vier Sanofi-Produktionsstätten mit rund 3600 Mitarbeitern und 10 Gebäuden.
ICF Frankfurt wird in den nächsten Jahren oneLIMS als einheitliches Labordatenmanagementsystem in den QC-Laboren des Campus einführen. Die hierfür gesuchte Unterstützung ist eine Schlüsselposition für die Ausführung von Arbeitspaketen im Funktionsbereich sowie eines interdisziplinären, funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams, um Projektziele und Meilensteine zu erreichen.
Hauptaufgaben:
Der/die Key User/QC-Expert:in unterstützt die QC-Labore bei der Evaluierung, Implementierung und Optimierung von digitalen Prozessen. Dabei wird er/sie eng mit Laboren, ITS und CSV zusammenarbeiten. Er/Sie ist themenbezogen verantwortlich für die Implementierung, Durchführen von Arbeitspaketen, das Training und Optimierung des ausgerollten OneLIMS. In dieser Rolle ist er/sie Teil eines lokalen Projektteams.
- Unterstützung des lokalen Projektteams sowie Planung und Nachverfolgung von Projektaktivitäten in Abstimmung mit den internen QC-Laboren
- Sicherstellen der GMP-gerechten Dokumentation (SOP)
- Unterstützung der Einheit bei der Implementierung neuer digitaler Lösungen
- Verantwortung für das Masterdatenmanagement, Datenanalyse & -visualisierung, Schnittstellen zu SAP
- Unterstützung beim Vergleichen und Erstellen von aktuellen Prozessen mit den Zukünftigen
- Unterstützung in der Einführung sowie dem Training der digitalen Lösung und Prozesse in den Units
- Hilfe bei der Administration der digitalen Systeme
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten / KPIs in einer verständlichen Art und Weise
- Schnittstelle zu externen Beratern, internen Kunden im Sanofi Netzwerk wie ITS, CSV sowie den QC-Laboren
Über Sie
Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant*in im Bereich Biologie, Chemie oder vergleichbare naturwissenschaftlicheAusbildung
- Mehrjährige QC-Laborerfahrung nach GxP-Anforderungen
- GxP-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Projektarbeit und agilen Ansätzen (bspw. Scrum) wünschenswert
- Praktische Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Qualitätskontrolle sowie mit LIMS vorzugsweise Labware
Soziale Kompetenzen
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit hoher Lernbereitschaft
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität
- Umgang mit offener Feedbackkultur als Grundlage der gemeinsamen Arbeit
- Verständnis für Dienstleistungen und den zugrundeliegenden Servicegedanken mit Kundenorientierung
- Teamorientierung und Mut zur Änderung von Prozessen ist sehr wünschenswert
Technische Fähigkeiten / Fertigkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Projekttätigkeiten aufgrund praktischer Erfahrungen innerhalb eines Qualitätskontroll-Labors
- Hohe Flexibilität in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam
- Einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit den üblichen Tools der Projektabwicklung (Office, insbesondere Excel, Teams)
- Erfahrung mit der Implementierung eines LIMS vorzugsweise Labware wünschenswert.
- Erfahrung mit Geräteschnittstellensystemen wie Empower, LabX oder SoftmaxPro
