Ihre Aufgabe als SAP Expert:in in unserem Team der ICF iSystems Shopfloor & Material Flow Management besteht in Koordination und Umsetzung von Businessanforderungen sowie in der Führung und Unterstützung komplexer Projekte, einschließlich Schulungen, Risikobewertungen und Prozessoptimierung.

Hauptaufgaben:
Koordination und Umsetzung von Businessanforderungen im Rahmen von Change Requests zu Computerized Systems
Projektleitung und -Begleitung bei der Implementierung von komplexen Projekten
Kommunikation mit internen und externen Fachabteilungen sowie Verhandlungen mit externen Lieferanten
2nd Level Support: Ansprechpartner für die Anwender bei auftretenden Fragen/Störungen und Fehlerbeseitigungen
Beteiligung bei der Umsetzung von übergreifenden Change Controls
Durchführung von Risk Assessments und Umsetzung entsprechender Prozesse zur Minimierung von identifizierten Risiken
Ausarbeitung, Koordination und Dokumentation von Schulungen zu SAP Anwendungen sowie Monitoring und Optimierung der Anwendungsprozesse (SAP LES)
Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung im Rahmen der Fertigungsprozesse in ICF
Auswertung und Datenerhebung zur Optimierung von Prozessabläufen
Über Sie
Ausbildung / Berufserfahrung
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im SAP Modul Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution sowie Task and Resource Management
Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten:
Geübter Umgang mit MS Office
Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
Ausgeprägte organisatorische und koordinative Fähigkeiten
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
Kenntnisse in LEAN und GxP wünschenswert
Sprachen
Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
