Für unser CHC-Geschäft am Standort Frankfurt am Main und Köln suchen wir zwei Trainees (m/w/d) für unser zweijähriges Traineeprogramm im Bereich People & Culture.
Je nach deiner Verfügbarkeit offerieren wir flexible Startzeitpunkte zwischen dem 01.10.2024 und dem 01.01.2025 und freuen uns auf Deine Bewerbung!
Während des 24monatigen Traineeprogramms bist du in der Personalabteilung eingesetzt. Ziel ist eine umfassende Einarbeitung in unterschiedliche operative sowie strategisch-konzeptionelle Themen und Aufgabenstellungen von Human Resources. Du sammelst viel Praxiserfahrung im HR Business Partnering, in verschiedenen Projekten und hast auch die Möglichkeit in andere HR-CoEs, wie beispielsweise Talent Acquisition/ Employer Branding, Talent Management oder Rewards & Performance hineinzuschnuppern. Darüber hinaus hast du die Möglichkeit, zwischen den Standorten Frankfurt am Main und Köln zu rotieren und auch an spannenden, übergreifenden HR-Projekten mitzuarbeiten.
Ein begleitendes Qualifizierungsprogramm mit einem individuellen Seminarpaket sowie einem Mentor an Deiner Seite sind für uns selbstverständlich.
Hauptaufgaben:
Von Anfang an übernimmst du anspruchsvolle Tätigkeiten, die du selbstständig oder im Team bearbeitest. Dabei sammelst du direkte Erfahrung mit unseren internen Stakeholdern, den Mitarbeitenden, den Managern sowie den Belegschaftsvertretern

Über Dich
Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 6 Monate praktische Erfahrung im Personalbereich in studienbegleitenden Tätigkeiten oder Praktika – gerne auch im Ausland
Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten: Du bist in der Lage, dich schnell in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten. Dabei zeichnest du dich durch eine agile, kreative und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise aus. Du überzeugst als kommunikative und leistungsstarke Persönlichkeit. Du bist versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Programmen (dies setzen wir voraus).Kenntnisse von Workday und/oder SAP sowie moderne e-HR Tools sind von Vorteil. Zudem bist du engagiert, bereit für einen Standortwechsel und brennst darauf, neue Erfahrungen zu sammeln
Ausbildung: Ein Master-Studium gerne mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources
Sprachen: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
