We are looking for a Diversity, Culture, and Employee Experience (DCE) Manager to lead the deployment of our global initiatives in diversity, corporate culture, and employee experience. This role also involves close collaboration with key stakeholders in France, as well as the development of skills and awareness at the local level (empowering teams in the DCE field is essential) relying on the support and contributions of the global Center of Excellence, as needed.
Diversity Equity & Inclusion:
- Lead, integrate, and sustain best practices to implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles in all aspects of the employee lifecycle and their daily experience, considering local regulations and practices
- Ensure the success of the “One Million Conversations” initiative, coordinate the “NextGenerations” scholarship program, and partner with Public Affairs and Communication for external dialogues
Culture:
- In collaboration with local leadership, take charge of implementing the corporate culture plan and actively participate in a global culture network, sharing best practices and tools while maximizing available resources
- Measure and Share Impact: Ensure tracking measures are integrated into the global system and share local best practices and innovations to inspire other countries
Employee Experience:
- Be trained in the application of the 7-6-5 model for any local changes to processes or practices, as well as ensuring the smooth implementation and co-creation of global projects
- Work with the local communication team to ensure that the message on changes is aligned
About you
- Think strategically with a data-driven mindset to build the message and influence leaders in France
- Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of issues in the areas of diversity, culture, and employee experience locally
- Excellent expertise of best inclusion practices for various underrepresented groups. Advanced skills in project management, analysis, and reporting, with a demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based inclusion approaches
- High level of self-awareness, empathy, diplomacy, influence, and confidentiality
- Operational experience in Human Resources is a plus, in addition to DCE experience
- Experience being part of or leading an Employee Resource Group/affinity group is a plus
- Fluent in English and French
