Responsabilidades principales:
Gestión Comercial:
Planificación comercial: Definir acciones Mes+1 + Alinearlo con KAMs + Cargar Pre-Mortem: Inversión, ROI, Volumen.
Seguimiento Acciones Comerciales: Follow up de los planes y sus principales KPIs
Definir publicaciones mensuales en revistas de Cadenas
Focal touchpoint como soporte de gestión de trade al RtM de Cadenas atendido por KAMs
Data Management:
Brindar soporte para responder ante cualquier duda que el mercado presente.
Focal touchpoint para proceso de IBP
Reporting:
Actualización de ROI-Tool
Post-Mortem trimestral de performance de acciones + planificación del siguiente trimestre
Acerca de ti
Experiencia:
Al menos 5 años de experiencia previa en las funciones asociadas al rol
Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica y/o consumo masivo
Experiencia/conocimientos avanzados en el canal cadenas
Competencias sociales:
Habilidades analíticas y pensamiento lógico-matemático, con una bajada comercial
Proactividad a la hora de generar estrategias y proponer iniciativas
Pragmátismo en la resolución de problemas
Orientación a resultados
Competencias técnicas:
Manejo avanzado de Excel
Deseable manejo de Power BI
Formación:
Título profesional en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería, Economía o afines.
Idiomas:
Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado
