El Mercaderista será responsable de garantizar la colocación de productos en el PDV y dar a conocer las marcas que forman parte del portafolio Consumer Health Care; a través de una efectiva promoción en los diferentes canales.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Desarrollar y mantener buena relación con los clientes (dueños PV o dependientes) mediante comunicación efectiva.
  • Garantizar el producto en góndolas respetando planograma de cada uno de los proyectos y marcas, priorizando categorías y procurando dar visibilidad al portafolio de productos completo.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de cobertura, frecuencia, estrategias de marca, Tienda Perfecta y Distribución.
  • Garantizar exhibiciones en zonas calientes y ubicar el material POP.
  • Comunicación Activamente los beneficios y promociones a los dependientes y dueños de Punto de venta.
  • Controlar inventario en los principales canales, verificación de caducidad, colación de precios actualizados, dejar sugeridos por faltantes del producto.
  • Trabajar con proveedores y distribuidores para negociar espacios y realizar pedidos puntuales.
  • Colaboración con ejecutivos, especialistas en marketing y vendedores para establecer diálogos abiertos.
  • Conocer la base de clientes y comprender su motivación y sus impulsores de ventas.
  • Evaluar la efectividad de diferentes exhibiciones de productos y diseños de tiendas en las cifras de ventas.
  • Realizar reportes periódicos sobre el estado de los productos en los puntos de venta, el rendimiento de las promociones y cualquier otra información relevante, para informar a la compañía sobre el desempeño en el mercado y tomar decisiones estratégicas.

Acerca de ti

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia previa en las funciones asociadas al rol, preferiblemente en la industria farmacéutica y/o consumo masivo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial en PDV.

Competencias sociales:

  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente para alcanzar objetivos de ventas.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar eficazmente múltiples tareas y prioridades.

Competencias técnicas:

  • Conocimientos avanzados de productos farmacéuticos OTC y comprensión de las regulaciones de la industria.

Formación:

  • Titulación universitaria o estudios avanzados en negocios, administración o carreras afines.
