• Adherence to all mandatory Sanofi and local & regulatory compliance standards and policies including construction safety GMRs, Planet Care standards, GMP regulations/standards.

• Manage Hard Services incl. Infrastructure, Electricity, building maintenance, HVAC ensuring Facilities provide a safe & compliant environment.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets and forecasts.

• Drive continuous improvement, implement key initiatives to budget & schedule.

• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, finance, and operations.

• Analyse project performance data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure that both project (e.g. PowerBi) and financial tools (e.g. SHINE) are updated on a monthly basis.

• Leads the sites cross functional sustainability program to deliver Sanofi’s Planet Care targets for CO2, Energy, Water, Waste and Biodiversity.

• Manage budgets related to utilities consumption, conservation projects, and sustainability initiatives and identify opportunities to drive cost savings through energy efficiency and water reduction.

• Responsible for the commissioning and qualification of site equipment and utility systems.

• Experience:

• Proven experience in Project Controls /on small to medium-sized capital projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
• Ability to lead and drive standardization.
• Good functional knowledge on business processes
