About the job
As a Medical Representative at Sanofi, you will promote our General Medicine products, engage with healthcare professionals, and drive sales in your assigned territory.
Your role includes building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring product availability while contributing to Sanofi’s mission of improving healthcare access.
Main responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals through in-person and remote interactions.
- Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets, analyze performance, and implement action plans to improve results.
- Product Access: Build and manage product quotas, ensuring a high activation rate (>80%).
- Self-Development: Stay updated on products, market trends, and competitor activities.
About you
- Education: Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
- Experience: Previous sales or pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong networking, analytical thinking, digital-first mindset, and negotiation skills.
- Language: Fluent in Vietnamese; basic English proficiency.
- Mindset: Results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
