Job Requirement-

Artwork management

  • Coordinate artwork approval process of printed packaging components to meet packaging design and legislation requirements for each new product, new packs or changes to existing packaging.
  • Monitor, manage and control artwork changes in close collaboration with Affiliates, CMOs, External Manufacturing Supply Chain
  • Set up and follow-up timelines defined to develop any new packaging material
  • Secure the changes according to the guidelines
  • Secure artwork implementation via BOM management
  • Support Regulatory teams in developing artwork for registration purposes
  • Brief CMOs on artworks and packaging requirements
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for artwork in project teams

VISTAlink

  • Manage and maintain the Artwork in VISTALINK or other system
  • Track the progress of artwork creation and approval
  • Act in VISTAlink on behalf of the non-connected CMOs
  • Ensure artwork latest versions are readily available in VISTALINK
  • Act according to the findings (challenge Affiliate, CMO and Graphic agency)

Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP

  • Establish new packaging BOM and maintain existing BOM in ERP system, in cooperation with Master Data specialist and based on change management
  • Communicate the valid BOM and its change with SC Management

Reporting

  • Monitor appropriate KPIs and report anomalies
  • Prepare report/ synthesis for manager about portfolio under own responsibility on regular basis
