Position Title: Alliances and Local Partnerships Manager

• Reporting to: Eurasia Portfolio Management & Trade Operations Head Turkey

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Relationships: Maintain and improve relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and success
• Business Planning:
  • Contribute to and align with partners' business plans to foster mutual growth and drive overall business success
  • Manage monthly sales plannings for 3rd Party portfolio, as well as S&OP processes, considering sales forecasts, insights and targets
• Performance Management:
  • Track and analyze performance of local alliances to ensure alignment with goals and maintain a sustainable partnership
  • Collect national and international market intelligence data for the 3rd party portfolio, perform competitive analysis
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and implement necessary actions to improve the performance
• Compliance Tracking:
  • Track compliance to agreement terms of the local alliances
  • Manage the approval process of all materials used in the promotion by the relevant teams within Sanofi
  • Ensure all relevant teams receive the necessary trainings (Sanofi Code of Conduct, medical or other mandatory trainings if needed) and maintain regular follow-ups
  • Perform Due Diligence for local partners at necessary intervals

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from related departments,
• Min 7 years of experience in pharma industry in product/portfolio management, marketing excellence, medical/liaison, business development
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Turkish is must
• Advanced knowledge level of MS Office tools
• Passionate team-player with can-do attitude and resilience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external)
• Strategic mindset and approach to operate, find solutions and deliver results in a complex, matrix and cross-cultural environment

Terms of Employment

• This full-time position does not have people management responsibility.
• There might be some travel required for this position.
