Principales missions :

Vos objectifs en tant que Product Portfolio & Key supplier Operations Manager:

  • Proposer et examiner activement les propositions d’optimisation des spécifications des matières premières et des matériaux d’emballage, le changement et l’ajout de fournisseurs ainsi que les processus internes du site dans le but de réduire les coûts et d’augmenter la robustesse de l’approvisionnement en matériaux.

  • Identifier et piloter également des projets concernant le périmètre d’approvisionnement hors coût de vente, tels que la maintenance, le transport, l’énergie, les déchets.

  • Préparer et piloter la prise de décision en SLT : priorisation des projets dans le périmètre demandé par les fonctions (principalement achats, PPM, SC) ou proposés en interne

  • Coordonner l’ensemble des fonctions requises sur site (Réglementaire, Qualité, Production, Supply Chain, Achats, Ingénierie, SMS, Finance) pour déployer les actions achats

  • Piloter la planification et l’allocation des ressources sur le portefeuille de projets convenu

  • Évaluez le coût total de possession (TCO) et le retour sur investissement

  • S’assurer que les coûts et les économies du projet sont pris en compte dans la planification financière du site

  • Faire le suivi régulier de l’avancement du projet et remontée des problèmes dans le SLT

  • Gérer l’exécution dans les délais des plans d’action pour toutes les initiatives convenues en lien avec les fournisseurs

  • Coordonner le processus E2E QA en cas de changement de fournisseur/spécifications

  • Être responsable et redevable de réaliser les économies prévues

  • Se joindre aux SRMs ou discute directement avec les fournisseurs pour tout sujet lié aux projets

  • Être un interlocuteur clé pour les fonctions globales en ce qui concerne l’étendue du poste

A propos de vous

  • Expérience : entre 5 et 10 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un environnement pharmaceutique / bio, de préférence au sein de la fabrication et de l’approvisionnement, comme les transferts de technologie, l’amélioration des processus, les SMS, l’approvisionnement, la production, la qualité.

  • Compétences humaines et relationnelles : Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, capacité à avoir une vue d’ensemble rapide et à résoudre les problèmes.

  • Compétences métiers et techniques : Solides compétences en gestion de projet (y compris la planification), capacité d’analyse solide des données, capacité à manœuvrer dans des configurations interfonctionnelles et à susciter l’adhésion des différentes parties prenantes, moteur du changement, compétences en leadership.

  • Capacités de négociation avec les fournisseurs, savoir créer un cahier des charges, dimension achats/service clients et connaissances en amélioration continue.

  • Formation : Niveau Ingénieur, Biologie, Chimie ou autres disciplines similaires.

  • Langue : Anglais professionnel exigé et parler couramment le français
