As a CX Product Design Lead within the Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Accelerator, you will drive the creation of exceptional, user-centered digital experiences with a strong focus on UX and interaction design. Collaborating closely with Product teams, leadership, and key stakeholders, you will shape solutions that align with business objectives, product vision, and long-term strategy, ensuring seamless and scalable experiences across the M&S ecosystem.

This role demands deep expertise in user experience, interaction design, and Human-Centered Design methodologies to craft intuitive, efficient, and engaging digital solutions. You will play a key role in fostering a user-centric culture, adapting to evolving needs, and championing design excellence. Lead the creation of exceptional user experiences and global product design, fostering a user-centered culture while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and impact.


Main responsibilities:

  • Focus on User Needs – Use feedback and research to shape designs that solve real problems and make work easier for people in Manufacturing & Supply.

  • Design Clear and User-Friendly Interfaces – Create simple, intuitive, and visually cohesive experiences that make digital tools easy to use.

  • Improve Interaction and Usability – Design smooth UI workflows and UI elements that help users get things done efficiently.

  • Design Explorations on HCD – Create and refine rapid design prototypes to explore ideas, test with users, and optimize designs before development.

  • Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Consistency and Scalability – Follow and contribute to Sanofi's Elements Design System to ensure a cohesive, intuitive, and seamless experience across all digital products.

About you

  • Inspires and empowers teams, navigates complexity with clarity, and adapts to ambiguity with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Proven success in UX/UI for Manufacturing & Supply – A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital products in the physical Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) environment, including Information Architecture, Interaction Design, UI workflows, dashboards, and enterprise applications.

  • Expertise in Scalable, User-Centered Solutions – Deep experience in designing data-heavy interfaces, interactive systems, and workflow optimization tools tailored to M&S environments.

  • Mastery of Figma and UX/UI Tools – Advanced skills in Figma for high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and seamless collaboration with engineering teams.

  • Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management – Ability to translate complex concepts into clear design solutions, advocate for user needs, and collaborate effectively with leadership, product teams, and engineers.

  • Strategic Problem-Solving in Complex Sysms Systems – Experience navigating large global -scale, interconnected ecosystems, balancing user needs with business goals to create holistic and scalable design solutions.

  • Leadership in UX/UI Design – Proven experience mentoring, guiding, and leading design teams, setting design vision, and driving UX excellence across M&S digital products.

  • Experience with Agile and Iterative Design and Agile – Deep understanding of Lean UX, Human-Centered Design, Agile methodologies, and rapid iteration, ensuring continuous improvement and impactful design execution.
