Your job? As Product Line Owner for Launch Engine, you will join a dynamic team committed to solve Sanofi M&S most challenging opportunities with digital capabilities while spearheading Sanofi’s digital transformation. This leadership role involves developing digital product strategies, ensuring successful delivery through Agile methodologies, and driving business impact. You will play a critical role to ensure that we build a great team of highly talented and motivated Product Owners, in a fun and high intensity culture while executing on a robust strategy and roadmap to deliver high value across our portfolio of Digital Products.

We have establishedthe Digital M&S Accelerator as a dedicated agile organization to deliver High Value Digital Products focused primarily on accelerating launches and creating best in class digitalized factories we call Lighthouses. Theambitionis first to secure the pipeline of new treatment launches, successfully launching yearly 3 to 5 new blockbuster medicines (peak yearly revenue of 1 billion euros) where delays have multi-million euros impact and second to deliver manufacturing performance driving cost of goods reduction of more than 500 million euros over the next five years.

About Growing with us

In this role you will own and deliver a portfolio of new innovative Digital Products. Your key objective is to secure the successful launches of Sanofi’s pipeline by providing digital capabilities to ensure right-first-time operations and agility in accelerating launches.

You will be empowered to build digital capabilities that disrupt current manufacturing and new medicine launch practices. You will be expected not just to enable but to modernize, automate or eliminate activities not creating value by leveraging digital, data and AI technologies:

• Recruit, lead, develop and support a diverse and talented team of Product Owners in partnership with the P&C function
• Collaborate with Global R&D/M&S leaders and Digital M&S MSAT & Engineering Product Line to co-develop digital product strategies and roadmaps
• Own the vision and communications of the Products roadmap and expected outcomes
• Ensure seamless integration of Accelerator Products in the broader ecosystem of R&D and M&S digital capabilities
• Lead cross-functional teams, including product owners, software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, UX/UI experts,and analysts
• Oversee digital product delivery from inception to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with R&D and M&S's strategic objectives and achievement of outcomes
• Facilitate Agile development processes to deliver high-quality capabilities fast. Act as a mediator between stakeholders, users, and technology teams
• Deliver Products that are easy to adopt and use, contribute to roll-out across launch teams and factories and constantly advocate for improved usage and user satisfaction
• Measure and report the business impact of digital products to executives
• Inspire the team, raise the ambition and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible

About you

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience working in Digital Product delivery as a product owner, product line owner or product manager, preferably with experience in CMC, industrial development or manufacturing
• Experience in a biopharma or biotech company is a strong plus
• Experience with Agile and Digital transformation in complex, international environments

Soft skills:

• Excellent influencing, communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Proven business sense, strong financial acumen, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams
• Proven ability to lead strategic Digital initiatives at scale, translating business requirements into technology-driven innovation and solution design while delivering multiple transformative digital products in parallel
• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to create Digital strategies and implementation roadmaps. Distinctive focus on solution objectives and application of product methodologies (design thinking, iteration, fast fail, etc.)
• Solid knowledge and experience of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
• Curiosity, creativity, sense of detail, first principles and “get things done” mindset

Technical skills:

• Solid knowledge of Lean or Agile practices, User Experience& Application Design
• Knowledge of biopharma process engineering is a strong plus

Education:

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field, with 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or biotech
