Sanofi Maisons-Alfort, situé à proximité de Paris, est un acteur majeur de la production d’injectables avec près de 200 millions de seringues produites chaque année.
Près de 80% de la production du site est destinée à l’exportation.
Le site est certifié ISO 50 001 suite à la mise en place de son système de management environnemental et de son processus d'amélioration continue de l'environnement dans toutes ses activités.
Les pathologies que nous traitons ? Les thromboses veineuses, phlébites et l’infarctus du myocarde.
À propos du poste
L’équipe :
Le secteur packaging flacons est composé de 20 collaborateurs : 2 équipes fonctionnant en 2*8 et une équipe de journée. Vous serez rattaché(e) au responsable d’équipe en lien avec l’unité de production dédiée au mirage, étiquetage et packaging automatisé et manuel des produits lyophilisés.
Principales missions :
- Préparer les équipements pour produire conformément aux exigences de fabrication (documentation, vérification, réglage des équipements)
- Enregistrer les données de production, en relation avec son activité, dans les systèmes d’information en vigueur
- Vérifier les articles entrants dans l’atelier
- Approvisionner et alimenter la ligne de production
- Conduire la ligne d’inspection et conditionnement, alerter en cas d’anomalie
- Réaliser les contrôles à chaque étape du conditionnement
- Diagnostic, entretien et réglage des équipements de conditionnement selon les plans d’action définis
- Alerter en cas d’anomalies
À propos de vous
- Expérience professionnelle en industrie pharmaceutique
- rigueur, autonomie, sens du relationnel et rédactionnel, esprit d’équipe, à l’écoute, force de proposition, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, bon relationnel, culture Qualité (rigueur dans l'exécution et le respect des règles)
- Connaissances réglementaires et technologiques (BPF, GMP, ISO 14001), connaissance des procédés inspection et conditionnement
- Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente
- Français
