Sanofi Maisons-Alfort, situé à proximité de Paris, est un acteur majeur de la production d’injectables avec près de 200 millions de seringues produites chaque année.
Près de 80% de la production du site est destinée à l’exportation.
Le site est certifié ISO 50 001 suite à la mise en place de son système de management environnemental et de son processus d'amélioration continue de l'environnement dans toutes ses activités. Les pathologies que nous traitons ? Les thromboses veineuses, phlébites et l’infarctus du myocarde.
À propos du poste
En tant que OpEx Area and program lead au sein du site de production pharmaceutique de forme stérile de Maisons-Alfort, vous travaillerez dans le service Opération Excellence à la performance et à la transformation du site.
Vous aurez la charge de développer, déployer et piloter la feuille de route de performance des départements du site dans le respect des règles Qualité et HSE du site en proposant et en mettant en œuvre sa road map digitale. En relation avec tous les départements du site et avec les fonctions centrales, votre action s’inscrira dans la politique du groupe afin de standardiser nos processus et augmenter notre performance.
Principales responsabilités:
- Garantir le processus de cascade de la stratégie en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec tous les acteurs et en s’appuyant sur les Compelling Business Needs (CBN)
- Coordonner le portefeuille des actions d’amélioration et d’optimisation de la production
- Construire une communication claire et efficace en interne et en externe
- Mettre en place les outils et processus standard
- Proposer des solutions d’amélioration
- Assurer l'intégrité et la qualité des données
- Garantir la réalisation de l'amélioration continue de la solution et des processus opérationnels, en développant une culture d’amélioration continue au niveau du département et site
- S’assurer du respect et de l’application des règles Qualité et HSE et remonter tout incident et risque
À propos de vous
- Expérience : Connaissance des process et métiers de production, de la méthodologie de transformation et des outils Lean ; les BPF
- Compétences générales et techniques : Acteur du changement, orienté terrain, ouverture d’esprit, capacité à travailler en équipe et en transverse, capacité à challenger les équipes, culture du résultat, sensibilité à identifier les écarts qualité et HSE
- Formation: Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur ou pharmacien
- Langues : Anglais courant
