Notre équipe :
Le département SAI (seringues auto injectables) regroupe plus de 200 personnes réparties en 4 secteurs de production (préparatoire, remplissage aseptique, mirage et conditionnement) et un service support avec une capacité de production de 160 millions de seringues préremplies.
Polyvalence, implication et dynamisme sont les leitmotivs de notre équipe en vue de fournir un produit de qualité et avoir la capacité de répondre à la demande du marché.
Missions principales :
- Assurer la présence pharmaceutique de nuit avec réalisation des actes pharmaceutiques sur le périmètre des activités pharmaceutiques du site
- Suivre la réalisation des plannings de production en lien avec les responsables d’activité
- Gérer et anticiper les aléas de production ; initier et traiter les évènements qualité et HSE
- Contribuer au flux documentaire de revue de dossiers de lots (papier et électronique)
- Participer à des actions d’amélioration du secteur : proposer des actions, émettre des demandes de modification, suivre les plans d’action
- Animer et coordonner les équipes de production de soirée / nuit en étroite collaboration avec les managers hiérarchiques des différentes équipes
- Remplacer les responsables d’équipe de production en cas d’absence
- Gérer les CAPA suite audits internes et externes
- Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation du service (procédures ; instructions ; Dossiers de lot, etc.)

- Expérience : Environnement stérile, procédés de stérilisation et de fabrication, management transverse
- Compétences humaines et relationnelles : Capacité à fédérer une équipe sur des objectifs communs et de travailler en transverse avec les autres départements du site
- Compétences métiers et techniques : Connaissance des procédés de stérilisation par filtration et par chaleur humide et de remplissage aseptique, rédaction de document techniques
- Formation : Pharmacien inscriptible à l’ordre
- Langues : Anglais opérationnel à minima à l’écrit
