Votre mission, en tant que Responsable de la conformité de la production au sein de notre division mondiale de production de vaccins, consistera à stimuler l'amélioration continue de la fabrication de DT/PPD en menant des enquêtes sur les écarts et en mettant à profit vos conclusions pour apporter des changements positifs.
Le site de Marcy-l’Étoile, près de Lyon, est l’un des plus grands sites au monde de recherche, développement et production de vaccins.
C’est aussi le centre de R&D le plus important de notre entité Vaccins et un pôle d’excellence pour les nouveaux projets de vaccins ainsi qu’une plateforme biologique et industrielle de pointe, mondialement reconnue pour son savoir-faire dans la bioproduction de vaccins.
L’équipe :
Equipe de 10 à 12 collaborateurs.
Principales Missions :
Le coordinateur production Mirage a la responsabilité de l’équipe d’opérateurs mirage, en lien avec l’autre Adjoint d’Encadrement de sa tourne.
Ses principales activités sont :
- Management d'équipe : Diriger une équipe de 8 à 10 collaborateurs. Favoriser le développement et la formation des collaborateurs. Garantir l'autonomie et la performance opérationnelle de l'équipe
- Ressources et organisation :Gérer les ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires. Organiser et piloter l'activité directe et indirecte
- Qualité et sécurité : Garantir l'application des règles GMP et HSE-S. Signaler et traiter les écarts. Évaluer et analyser les problèmes rencontrés sur les installations
- Production : Assurer une production conforme en qualité, délai et coûts. Relire et corriger les dossiers de lot. Assister au traitement des événements qualité
- Communication et projets : Porter les messages managériaux et faire appliquer les décisions hiérarchiques. Rédiger des documents (instructions). Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue et aux projets stratégiques du service
À propos de vous
- Master (bac +5) Ingénieur ou Pharmacien
- 1ère expérience production / 1ere expérience managériale
- Compétences clés techniques : Leadership, Ténacité, technique, organisé (gestion des aspects techniques et de l'équipe). Motivé, courageux, suit les directives (exécution et leadership). Respectueux, fédérateur, clair (communication et relations)
