Nuestro Equipo:
- En este rol, serás el responsable de promover, conducir y ejecutar los procesos de mejora continua dentro de la organización de cadena de suministro (SC) con el objetivo de evitar pérdidas en toda la cadena de suministro mediante un Lean Methodology of Plan/Do/Check/Act para asegurar la estandarización de procesos, así como la excelencia en la ejecución. Mejorar el PERFORMACE (KPI) y serás responsable de la oficina de proyectos, llevando un control y seguimiento de los proyectos ejecutados dentro del equipo de Supply Chain, así como apoyar a los lideres con metodologías y buenas prácticas en el manejo y control de proyectos
Principales responsabilidades
- Garantizar la sustentabilidad de los DMS (daily management system) de los 3 niveles
- Desarrollar y dar seguimiento a la ejecución de las estrategias claves para mejorar los procesos y seguimiento de mejora en indicadore.
- Coordinar con los equipos de IBP, CC y/o CEDIS análisis de perdida para identificar áreas de oportunidad críticas sobre los procesos.
- Gestionar y capacitar en metodologías ligadas a la mejora Continua a los equipos de Supply Chain
- Coordinar con las áreas y asegurar que la información de los indicadores de Supply Chain sean revisado en la reunión mensual de desempeño con el equipo de liderazgo
- Administra la matriz general de Documentos (PNOs) del área de Supply chain y da seguimiento a la actualización de los mismos.
- Es Responsable de coordinar el Comité de análisis de Causa Raíz ya dar seguimiento a las acciones derivadas de este comité
- Es responsable de coordinar la emisión de Reportes e indicadores de supply Chain como:
- Fill Rate /top Availability)
- Rupturas
- Oversales
- MAPE %SPA
- Garantiza el seguimiento de los reportes por proyecto en ejecución de Supply Chain.
- Coordina la gestión y priorización de los proyectos con el equipo de liderazgo.
- Responsable de dar seguimiento a los beneficios económicos/proceso por proyecto.
- Responsable de coordinar los Comités de proyectos para dar a conocer los estatus y % de avance
- Emitir de manera mensual el Reporte de % avance de proyectos a toda la organización de Supply Chain
- Gestionar y administrar los templates y documentos generados por cada proyecto a cargo de la Oficina de proyectos
Acerca de ti
Experiencia: Experiencia en puestos de Mejora continua ya sea en áreas industriales y/o oficinas. Experiencia en Manejo de proyectos. Metodologías de manejo de proyectos como PMBOOK, Uso de Herramientas de CALIDAD como: 5 por qué? Ishikawa, Pareto Lean Office and Lean Manufacturing etc.
Habilidades sociales: Liderazgo Transversal y análisis de problemas, excelente nivel de comunicación asertiva
Habilidades técnicas: Metodologías de Mejora Continua, Certificaciones Green, Yellow o Black Belt. Certificaciones en Project Management y Herramientas de Calidad, conocimientos básicos de Power BI y lenguajes de programación
Educación: Ing. Industrial, Mecánica o carrera relacionada con las áreas Ingeniería y/o administrativas. Relacionadas con actividades de Mejora Continua
Lenguajes: Inglés Avanzado (conversacional)
