Propósito del rol:

Buscamos un analista de cobranzas motivado y proactivo para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de administrar las cuentas de los clientes, conciliar cuentas, realizar el seguimiento de los pagos pendientes y negociar soluciones de pago de manera eficaz.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar eficazmente los cobros de los clientes.
  • Actualizar el estado de los clientes.
  • Conciliar y liquidar los saldos de las cuentas.
  • Realizar un seguimiento de los pagos pendientes.
  • Preparar informes y presentaciones.
  • Coordinar las notas de crédito con el departamento de ventas.
  • Analizar el envejecimiento de las cuentas por cobrar.
  • Generar informes periódicos de envejecimiento.
  • Contactar a los clientes para realizar un seguimiento de los pagos vencidos y acordar una resolución rápida.
  • Proyectos adicionales designados por el supervisor

Acerca de ti 

Experiencia Previa

  • Formación académica:  finanzas, contabilidad o afines titulado mandatorio
  • Sector de preferencia : de preferencia farmacéutica y de consumo
  • Solida experiencia  en funciones de cobranza.
  • Comprensión de políticas de crédito y procesos de aprobación.
  • Experiencia en evaluación de solvencia de clientes.
  • Experiencia con software de cobranza y sistemas ERP (como SAP).
  • Dominio de Excel para análisis de datos y generación de informes.
  • manejo de datos, SAP , SHIFT mandatorio SAP
  • Experiencia en redacción de informes y documentación.
  • Experiencia en conciliación y compensación de saldos de cuentas.
  • Capacidad para analizar cuentas por cobrar antiguas y generar informes.

Competencias clave:  Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente con clientes y equipos internos. Familiaridad con técnicas de negociación y resolución de conflictos. Capacidad para colaborar con otros departamentos, como ventas y finanzas

Idiomas Ingles deseable avanzado, mandatorio intermedio

Disponibilidad para viajar localmente
