Responsabilità principali:
- Gestione delle Proprietà Digitali: Gestire le proprietà digitali dell'azienda, inclusi siti web, canali social e altre piattaforme digitali, garantendo la puntualità e l'omogeneità dei contenuti.
- Supporto allo Sviluppo e Implementazione di Strategie Digitali: Creare ed eseguire strategie digitali complete per i media di proprietà, definire KPI appropriati e impostare soluzioni di tracciamento su vari canali digitali.
- Collaborazione Interfunzionale: Lavorare con team trasversali per identificare opportunità digitali e mantenere l'accuratezza e l'integrità dei dati digitali.
- Analisi dei Dati e Reporting: Generare report, dashboard e presentazioni regolari che offrano insight utili per migliorare le performance digitali sui canali di proprietà, con particolare attenzione al miglioramento delle prestazioni organiche.
- Gestione dei Social Media: Supervisionare i profili social del brand per mantenere la visibilità, rispettando gli standard normativi e gli obiettivi aziendali.
- Collaborazione con Partner Esterni: Interagire con partner esterni, agenzie e fornitori per garantire che i requisiti di dati siano soddisfatti e che la raccolta dei dati sia accurata su tutte le piattaforme digitali.

La tua missione:
- Supportare il Digital Manager su tematiche digitali.
- Assicurare che tutti i materiali digitali siano conformi al piano media digitale e al calendario editoriale.
- Facilitare l'aggiornamento e la modernizzazione della presenza web e dei canali social dell'azienda.
- Mantenere la comunicazione con il Team Globale per allineamenti su progetti digitali.
- Assistere nell'analisi dei dati dai canali digitali e nella gestione dell'interazione sui social media.
- Aiutare nell'esecuzione e nel miglioramento dei programmi di Influencer.
Qualifiche:
- Madrelingua italiana.
- Laurea in un campo correlato al Marketing Sociale o Digitale.
- Fluente in inglese, con forti abilità di comunicazione verbale e scritta.
- Padronanza di MS Office e solida comprensione dell'analisi dei dati.
- Conoscenza dei principi generali del Marketing Digitale.
- Forti capacità di lavoro di squadra, comunicazione e pubbliche relazioni.
- Attenzione ai dettagli, efficacia nella comunicazione e un approccio proattivo e flessibile al lavoro.
