Il/la Tirocinante sarà inserito nel team Insights all'interno della funzione marketing, supporterà il Tutor di riferimento in tutte le attività legate alle ricerche di mercato, partecipando attivamente e ricevendo formazione on the job.
Cosa farai:
- Collaborare alla realizzazione delle ricerche di mercato (creazione del brief, dei questionari e delle tracce delle interviste)
- Collaborare con il team marketing nello sviluppo delle strategie e delle attività sui brand.
- Analisi dei risultati, creazione di dashboard e presentazioni dei risultati delle ricerche di mercato
- Utilizzo della piattaforma di social listening e del tool di AI per l’analisi delle immagini
- Ricerche di dati da fonti pubbliche
Cosa imparerai:
- realizzare e gestire gli step necessari per costruire e analizzare una ricerca di mercato
- utilizzare e creare report da piattaforme di AI e social Listening
- utilizzare piattaforme per la creazione di ricerche di mercato
- realizzare presentazioni power point chiare ed efficaci per l’audience a cui sono riferite
- applicare i risultati delle ricerche come base per costruire le strategie e le attività di marketing
- conoscere il consumatore, i suoi comportamenti e le sue attitudini nel mondo della salute
- conoscere gli strumenti che Google mette a disposizione per conoscere i comportamenti del consumatore
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Economia, statistica o Ingegneria Gestionale, gradito indirizzo in Marketing o Management delle imprese
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 minimo)
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel: formule, filtri, formattazione condizionale, cerca vert.
- Curiosità e interesse per i comportamenti e le attitudini del consumatore
- Disponibilità e propensione alla collaborazione
- Doti analitiche e di sintesi
- Buone doti organizzative e di problem solving
Luogo di lavoro: Milano, con possibilità di smart working per il 50% del tempo.Si offre uno stage curriculare di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga. E' previsto un rimborso spese mensile e l'erogazione buoni pasto.
