Le gestionnaire de comptes clés (GCC) occupe un poste sur le terrain couvrant la région décrite ci-dessus. Il a la responsabilité d’atteindre les objectifs de vente établis pour Dupixent (portefeuille de produits dermatologiques) en exécutant stratégiquement les plans d’affaires et de ventes. Le GCC, Dermatologie, travaille en étroite collaboration avec les clients (dermatologues, allergologues et omnipraticiens ayant un intérêt pour la dermatologie) pour assurer l’exécution des initiatives axées sur la clientèle.
Le titulaire de ce poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec une équipe interfonctionnelle (Marketing, Affaires médicales, Ventes, Services de soutien aux patients et Comptes d’entreprise) pour atteindre les objectifs annuels de vente sur le territoire.
Le candidat idéal est une personne très motivée faisant preuve d’initiative, qui veillera à tenir la promesse de Sanofi : mettre les patients au premier plan. Les candidats retenus auront démontré, avec exemples à l’appui, leur excellent sens des affaires, leur gestion efficace des ressources, ainsi que leur capacité à atteindre ou à surpasser les objectifs d’entreprise et de vente. Ils adopteront une approche stratégique et gèreront leur temps efficacement de façon à maximiser l’engagement des clients, et à offrir de la valeur et des solutions adaptées à chaque client.
À propos de Dupixent
Dupixent (dupilumab) est un anticorps monoclonal entièrement humain qui inhibe les voies de signalisation de l’interleukine‑4 (IL‑4) et de l’interleukine‑13 (IL‑13), sans être un immunosuppresseur. L’IL‑4 et l’IL‑13 sont des facteurs clés et centraux de l’inflammation de type 2, laquelle joue un rôle majeur dans la dermatite atopique, l’asthme et d’autres affections.
Principales Responsabilités:
Atteindre les objectifs de vente en Dermatologie pour Dupixent ainsi que les cibles de profitabilité en gérant le budget du territoire.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les plans d’affaires annuels pour le territoire en fonction des perspectives du marché et y incorporer les plans de marketing de marque pour assurer l’harmonisation des objectifs. Mettre les plans à jour de façon continue ou ponctuelle pour s’adapter à la dynamique changeante du marché.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de visite omnicanaux orchestrés par les représentants pour des clients ciblés.
Mettre constamment de l’avant la proposition de valeur de Dupixent et veiller à l’atteinte des objectifs de la marque par la communication des messages clés aux spécialistes qui traitent la dermatite atopique.
Utiliser les sources de données clés pour élaborer stratégiquement des plans d’action sur le territoire.
Repérer, établir et étendre les relations avec les principaux clients/intervenants; poursuivre la recherche de défenseurs de Dupixent et établir des relations avec eux.
Collaborer avec les agents de liaison, Sciences médicales et le responsable du marketing auprès des clients, pour mettre en œuvre d’autres activités d’apprentissage (AAA) régionales.
Réaliser toutes les tâches administratives requises, y compris les relevés de dépenses, les rapports de marketing et les rapports de visites.
Respecter les lignes directrices de Sanofi en ce qui concerne les affaires règlementaires, les affaires juridiques et la conformité.
Suivre tous les programmes de formation offerts par Sanofi et maintenir l’intégrité des biens de l’entreprise.
Assister à des réunions locales, régionales et nationales, conformément aux directives.
Être prêt à se déplacer environ 20 % du temps.
Être disponible le soir et la fin de semaine.

Minimum de trois ans d’expérience de vente dans le secteur pharmaceutique; expérience en dermatologie, un atout
Feuille de route ponctuée de réussites dans les ventes – p. ex, cibles de vente surpassées, approche manifestement axée sur le client, récompenses pour les ventes, promotions;
Aptitudes marquées pour obtenir l’engagement des clients en ayant pour objectif principal l’offre de valeur;
Excellente aptitude technique et capacité à parler de la maladie/du concept dans le fil narratif de vente;
Habilités hors pair pour la communication écrite et verbale, ainsi que pour les présentations;
Excellent sens de la planification et de l’organisation;
Capacité à exposer efficacement des idées à des personnes ou à des groupes, en fonction des besoins de l’auditoire;
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome à la réalisation des tâches en fonction des plans stratégiques et tactiques, avec des échéanciers serrés;
Connaissances en informatique, notamment la capacité à utiliser un logiciel de traitement de texte, un tableur, des bases de données et le courrier électronique;
Expérience du marché de la dermatologie et des médicaments biologiques, un atout;
Expérience des programmes de soutien aux patients (PSP), un atout;
Expérience des lancements et compréhension des marchés gérés localement, des atouts.

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is a field-based position covering the region described above. The KAM is responsible for successfully achieving sales targets for Dupixent (dermatology portfolio) based on a strategic business plans and sales execution. The Key Account Manager Dermatology works closely with customers (Dermatologists, Allergists and GPs with an area of interest in Dermatology) to ensure customer focused initiatives are executed.
In this role, the incumbent will work closely with a cross-functional team (Marketing, Medical, Sales, Patient Support Services and Corporate Accounts colleagues) to meet annual Territory Sales Objectives.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter who will deliver on Sanofi’s promise to put patients first. Successful candidates will have demonstrated and be able to provide examples of their superior business acumen, effective management of resources and ability to achieve or surpass corporate goals and sales objectives. They will think strategically and manage their time effectively in order to maximize customer engagement and deliver value and solutions that are tailored to each customer.
About Dupixent
Dupixent (dupilumab) is a fully human monoclonal antibody that inhibits the signaling of the interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-13 (IL-13) pathways and is not an immunosuppressant. IL-4 and IL-13 are key and central drivers of the type 2 inflammation that plays a major role in atopic dermatitis, asthma and other conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
Achieve Dupixent Dermatology Sales Objectives and profitability targets through management of territory budget.
Develop and implement annual territory business plans based on market insights and incorporate marketing brand plans to ensure alignment. Ensure continuous and timely updates to the plan in response to changing market dynamics.
Develop and implement Rep orchestrated omni-channel call plans (OCCP) for target customers.
Consistently deliver on the value proposition for Dupixent and ensure brand objectives are met through key message communication to specialists treating Atopic Dermatitis.
Utilize key data sources to strategically develop territory action plans.
Identify, build, and expand key customer /stakeholder relationships; continue to identify and develop advocates for Dupixent.
Collaborate with Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and Customer Marketing Lead (CML) to implement regional other learning activities.
Perform all required administrative duties, including expense reports, marketing reports and call reporting.
Work within the Sanofi Regulatory, Legal and Compliance guidelines.
Complete all training programs provided by Sanofi; maintain all company property in good order
Attend local, regional and national meetings as directed
Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time required
Evening and weekend work will be required
About You
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
Language:
French, English
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience in dermatology an asset
Specific skills and/or competencies:
Possess a successful sales career history – for example record of exceeding sales targets, demonstrated customer focus, sales awards, promotions, etc.
Possess superior customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering value
Possess excellent technical aptitude and the ability to conduct disease/ concept selling
Demonstrate superb written, verbal and presentation skills
Possess excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience
Ability to work independently to execute against strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines
Be computer literate including the ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, databases and e-mail software
Dermatology and biologic experience an asset
Experience with Patient Support Programs (PSP) an asset
Launch experience and understanding of local managed markets environment an asset
HSE Responsibilities:
