A propos du poste:
Nous recherchons au sein de la Direction Développement commercial et Revenue Management de Sanofi Santé Grand Public, un alternant motivé et volontaire pour construire la stratégie commerciale et bâtir le cadre des négociations avec nos clients dans un objectif de satisfaction client et de performance.
Votre alternance consistera aussi à gérer des projets en transverse en lien avec les différentes équipes et fonctions de l’organisation (marketing, commercial, performance, supply chain, finance, juridique) afin d’optimiser l’efficacité commerciale, la satisfaction client et la performance de notre portefeuille.
Votre mission :
- Réaliser les analyses de performance de nos mécaniques commerciales et proposer des recommandations
- Contribuer à la création, la présentation et la mise en place des conditions commerciales sur nos différents canaux de distribution, en soutien de la performance de nos marques prioritaires (Love Brands)
- Maitriser et piloter le P&L afin de suivre nos investissements stratégiques
- Bâtir des plans d’actions transverses visant à l’optimisation de la rentabilité de notre portefeuille
- Interagir avec les différentes équipes Santé Grand Public dans le cadre de la gestion et du suivi de projets commerciaux stratégiques
Vous êtes :
- Savoir-être : Curiosité, polyvalence, agilité, bonne humeur, capacité à collaborer efficacement en transverse
- Compétences techniques : Capacité d’analyse et esprit de synthèse dans un univers chiffré, rigueur, maitrise des outils Excel et Powerpoint
- Formation : Master, M2 type école de commerce , Finance ou ingénieur
- Langues : Français
