Notre équipe:

Nous recherchons au sein de la Direction Développement commercial et Revenue Management de Sanofi Santé Grand Public, un stagiaire motivé et volontaire pour contribuer à la construction de notre feuille de route stratégique et la mise en place de projets de développement d’une croissance rentable pour tous.

Votre stage consistera aussi à gérer des projets en transverse en lien avec les différentes équipes et fonctions de l’organisation (marketing, commercial, performance, supply chain, finance, juridique) afin d’optimiser l’efficacité commerciale, la satisfaction client et la performance de notre portefeuille.

Votre mission :

  • Contribuer à la construction de la politique de prix : supporter l'équipe dans la gestion du tarif des produits Santé Grand Public et construire des suivis et dashboards d’analyse
  • Développer l’acculturation des équipes sur les notions de rentabilité en mettant en place et en animant un programme de formation auprès des équipes siège et des équipes terrain : création d’un nouveau support pédagogique sur les fondamentaux du revenue management, intégration d’une nouvelle visualisation dans les outils CRM pour les équipes terrain.
  • Coordonner en toute autonomie la diffusion d’une newsletter mensuelle sur les actualités et la performance du périmètre politique commerciale et RGM.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans les bons choix d’investissements. Réaliser les analyses de performance par canal de distribution, par marque et par région et proposer des recommandations d’optimisation de nos investissements commerciaux et de notre mix clients. Initier un nouveau pilotage pour identifier l’effet mix produit sur la rentabilité de notre portefeuille. Analyser l’impact de nos coûts de production.
  • Alimenter les exercices budgétaires en utilisant notamment un outil de simulation de politique commerciale conçu par un prestataire spécialisé dans l’IA.
  • Interagir avec les différentes équipes Santé Grand Public dans le cadre de la gestion et du suivi de projets commerciaux stratégiques

Vous êtes :

  • Savoir-être : Curiosité, polyvalence, agilité, bonne humeur, capacité à collaborer efficacement en transverse
  • Compétences techniques : Capacité d’analyse et esprit de synthèse dans un univers chiffré, rigueur, compréhension P&L, maitrise des outils Excel et Powerpoint
  • Formation : Master, type école de commerce
  • Langues : Français
