Notre équipe :
Sanofi prépare son avenir à travers un programme ambitieux baptisé EVolutive Facility (EVF). Le projet EVF est la pierre angulaire de la stratégie de Sanofi, car il vise à créer un nouveau concept de fabrication consistant en une nouvelle génération d'installations multiproduits évolutives, modulaires, adaptables et agiles, tirant parti des nouvelles technologies de rupture, afin de mieux répondre aux défis de l'industrie de la santé. L'une des usines EVF sera installée sur le site de Neuville-sur-Saône.
Ce projet ambitieux est guidé par les 4 caractéristiques principales suivantes :
- Des modules de fabrication multiproduits, des zones ou des "ballroom" capables de passer d'un processus / produit à un autre de manière agile, tout en garantissant une conformité totale avec les exigences réglementaires
- Une usine extensible jusqu'à 3 fois sa capacité initiale
- Technologies de pointe, adaptées à plusieurs plateformes de fabrication standardisées
- Ambition numérique élevée (Cobots, jumeaux numériques, intelligence artificielle, main d'œuvre augmentée, architecture basée sur le cloud)
Missions principales :
L’activité se décompose comme suit :
- Travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire en tant que représentant de la production avec des équipes qualité / M-Tech / HSES / conception / ingénierie pour les phases de qualification des équipements et d’ajustements des futurs procédés
- Contribuer à la rédaction/relecture/optimisation des procédures, instructions, supports de formation et autres documents/vidéos nécessaires au fonctionnement du bâtiment
- Participer à la qualification environnementale du bâtiment
- Réaliser des lots d’essais, de validation et de production de routine
A propos de vous
- Formation initiale Bac +2 souhaitée en biotechnologie, biochimie, génie des procédés ou équivalent
- Expérience souhaitée dans au moins un des domaines de production pharmaceutique: vaccins vrac, biotechnologie ou agroalimentaire ou en contrôle qualité
