La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno di un team composto da 5 manutentori elettro-meccanici che lavorano su 3 turni e/o a ciclo continuo, con l’obiettivo di garantire il corretto funzionamento e la piena disponibilità degli impianti e delle macchine di produzione. La risorsa contribuirà, con il proprio operato, a garantire i volumi produttivi previsti dal sito.
Responsabilità principali:
La posizione prevede la manutenzione di impianti elettrici industriali, in media e bassa tensione.
Tra le principali attività la risorsa si occuperà di:
Assicurare la continua efficienza, funzionalità e sicurezza di impianti, macchine e attrezzature delle linee di produzione
Eseguire gli interventi di manutenzione preventiva (programmata) e straordinaria degli impianti e macchinari
Profilo del candidato
Esperienza:
3/4 anni, preferibilmente su macchine di in ambito farmaceutico o alimentare
Soft skills:
Ottime doti di problem solving, orientamento alla qualità e team working
Buone capacità relazionali e flessibilità nella gestione degli imprevisti
Competenze tecniche:
Buona conoscenza di schemi elettrici, pneumatici, elettronici e capacità di programmazione inverter
Buona conoscenza di impianti a bassa e media tensione
Buona conoscenza di PLC (Siemens, Schneider…etc)
Esperienza maturata nella manutenzione di macchine/impianti di produzione farmaceutica, o in alternativa chimica e/o alimentare). Sarà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza delle macchine del gruppo Marchesini, Sea Vision ed Antares.
Costituisce titolo preferenziale l’aver conseguito il patentino PAV e PES.
