Il nostro Team:
Il Dipartimento dei Servizi Tecnici del sito di Origgio (VA), si occupa della gestione e del miglioramento tecnico del sito al fine di supportare la crescita dei volumi produttivi nel rispetto delle GMP e delle procedure HSE.
Il Dipartimento Servizi Tecnici di Sito è composto dalle funzioni E&Q, Manutenzione Utilities, Manutenzione di Processo, Automazione e DI&CSV.
Responsabilità principali:
Valuta con il Manager il piano delle attività e delle risorse per la propria area di competenza allo scopo di supportare il reparto Manutenzione.
Partecipa a Gruppi di Lavoro interfunzionali per la pianificazione e gestione delle attività di miglioramento dell’OEE per la propria area di competenza;
Diventerà il punto di riferimento di Manutenzione per la propria area di competenza secondo il modello organizzativo si sito;
Effettua root causes analysis , attraverso sistemi informatici e/o cartacei al fine di individuare le principale cause di fermo delle linee produttive/ impianti di produzione e propone azioni per la definitiva risoluzione delle anomalie;
Garantisce, nel rispetto degli standard aziendali di Qualità e Sicurezza, il trasferimento delle competenze tecniche identificate dal Team, dagli addetti della manutenzione a quelli della produzione nei diversi steps del processo di implementazione del Maintenance Model;
Partecipa a riunione periodiche con i principali costruttori delle attrezzature presenti;
Si occuperà in collaborazione con il Mechanical Supervisor della gestione delle Spare parts e della pianificazione della attività di manutenzione straordinaria ed ordinaria;
Partecipa allo sviluppo di nuovi progetti relativi in particolar modo al revamping/ sostituzione delle linee di confezionamento;
Diventerà punto di riferimento per i sistemi print&check sviluppati dalla Antares Group presenti sulle linee di produzione.
Garantisce l'aggiornamento delle procedure riguardanti l'area di competenza, attraverso la loro redazione e revisione in funzione delle necessità, nel rispetto delle norme GMP e HSE;
Svilupperà l’implementazione di metodi di manutenzione predittiva e utilizzo di tools per la realtà aumentata;
Profilo del candidato
Esperienza: Precedente esperienza in qualità di Reliability Engineer in stabilimenti produttivi sarà titolo preferenziale
Formazione: Laurea in ingegneria Chimica e/o Meccanica e/o Elettrica
Lingue: Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Competenze tecniche:
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
Conoscenza della metodologia e dei pilastri TPM e delle logiche di lean manufacturing, così come dei principali KPI relativi alla disponibilità ed efficienza dei macchinari sarà titolo preferenziale
Soft skills: Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative
