Au sein de l’équipe Global Media Relations, le / la Press Officer travaillera sur les informations et actualités de Sanofi qui supposent des implications autant locales que globales (notamment françaises), de manière proactive et réactive, pour protéger et développer l'image, la notoriété et la réputation de l'entreprise, en lien avec les priorités et la stratégie business.
Principales responsabilités:
La définition de la stratégie de relations presse, sa mise en œuvre et son suivi, en lien avec les Business Units (Global ou France), les fonctions clés globales ou France (R&D, Digital, People & Culture, etc), auprès du Directeur Relations Presse France.
La cohérence de la stratégie de relations presse globale de Sanofi et son impact sur les pays, en particulier la France directement gérée par l’équipe Global Media Relations.
La gestion des demandes et besoins des médias sur des sujets corporate et business, de manière proactive et réactive, y compris la diffusion des annonces Sanofi ou l’organisation des évènements presse.
L’accompagnement du leadership de Sanofi dans leurs prises de parole presse.
La proposition de nouveaux formats ou de nouveaux contenus presse.
La gestion des relations presse pour tous les sujets sensibles.
La collaboration avec les équipes Digital Coms Groupe et France pour l’engagement sur les réseaux sociaux / digitaux.
Le pilotage des actions administratives liées aux activités RP (RFP, gestion des agences conseil, du budget etc.)
Être porte-parole de l’entreprise.
À propos de vous
Une expérience solide en matière de communication, notamment relations presse et digital, ainsi que de la communication de crise.
Expérience du travail avec des médias/journalistes français et internationaux (et capacité à comprendre leur fonction, leurs problèmes, leurs méthodes, leurs attentes, etc.)
Une solide expérience du positionnement d'une organisation internationale en vue d'obtenir des résultats tangibles et impactants dans un environnement de communication complexe et concurrentiel.
Capacité à accompagner les dirigeants dans leurs prises de parole
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à traiter des questions complexes dans un environnement qui exige résilience, réactivité et flexibilité.:
Maîtrise du français obligatoire.
Très bon niveau d’anglais
