Customer Engagement Specialist - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Customer Engagement Specialist VIE in our Marketing team you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies to enhance relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders in the immunology field focusing on Respiratory Franchise supporting both Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) indications.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer engagement strategies aligned with the Respiratory franchise goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and engagement across various touchpoints. Ensure all digital touchpoints align with the overall customer engagement strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and internal teams from Brazil and other countries.
  • Act as a liaison between the Respiratory franchise and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated efforts.
  • Manage and coordinate customer engagement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track. Analyze customer engagement data to derive insights and inform decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on engagement metrics, trends, and outcomes for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with Digital teams to optimize online engagement channels, including websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement patient-centric programs in partnership with Patient Associations groups and Public Affairs teams to improve disease awareness, treatment adherence, and overall patient experience in the Respiratory therapeutic area.
  • Ensure all engagement activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement, particularly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

About you

Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in the Pharmaceutical industries or in customer engagement.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare professional engagement strategies.
  • Experience in cross-functional team leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
