No time de Customer Care – Customer Fulfillment você terá a possibilidade de atuar e interagir em toda cadeia de captação de pedidos até faturamento, entrega e pós vendas, interagindo com diversas áreas do negócio como: Digital, Comercial, Distribuição, Finanças, entre outras; Sempre com foco no cliente, fazendo a diferença na vida de milhões de pessoas.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Governança e suporte em todo fluxo de captação de pedidos, faturamento;
- Liderança na abertura e soluções de erros ou melhorias sistêmicas junto ao time de Digital e Business (principalmente relacionado a SAP SD e Siebel);
- Suportar na execução de testes Sistêmicos (Principalmente em SAP SD);
- Agir ativamente nas ações de S&OE, principalmente, mas não restrito, a garantir as devidas liberações de pedidos dentro dos SLAs estabelecidos;
- Agir como liderança e referência em todo ciclo de vida do pedido;
- Eventualmente Suportar o time de Returns e ocorrências;
- Elaborar apresentações relacionadas a governança dos indicadores da área;
- Manter o conhecimento e cumprir com os princípios de Ética e Integridade, políticas da Sanofi e códigos de conduta que regulam o mercado farmacêutico.
- Cumprir e promover as políticas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE) da Sanofi, com objetivo de prevenir ocorrência de acidentes, evitar riscos para a saúde, promover o bem-estar dos colaboradores e reduzir os impactos ambientais resultantes da execução de atividades do trabalho.
- Apoiar a estratégia e as iniciativas de Diversidade e Inclusão da Sanofi para assegurar que todos os colaboradores e parceiros sejam tratados com respeito e recebam oportunidades iguais.
Sobre você
- Experiência: em atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente em Customer Care e Customer Service, outras áreas de suporte também serão consideradas;
- Competências técnicas e pessoais:Hard skills: Office avançado, Inglês avançado, forte experiência em SAP e sistemas satélites, vivência em projetos, conhecimentos de SOX; Soft Skills: Inteligência emocional, liderança de processos, senso de dono, julgamento.
- Formação acadêmica: Formação superior completa (preferencialmente em Engenharia ou Sistemas).
- Línguas: Inglês Avançado
