PrincipaisResponsabilidades
Develop and implement medical policies to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure a cross scientific knowledge of our products.
Stay up to date with business trends and best practices in health care management.
Prepare and conduct training and development about the science behind our products to internal, external public.
Lead and ensure implementation of the medical strategy plans, aligned with our consumers needs and brand plans.
Development of medical/scientific support material to internal and external stakeholders.
Generation of medical insights to support innovation.
Development and validation of products content and communication.
Organization/participation in medical relevant scientific events.
Consolidate scientific relationships with external health entities, such as medical societies, and HCPsin general through a bilateral cooperation in the promotion and dissemination of healthcare and selfcare scientific knowledge.
Responsible for scientific/medical strategies and activities related to health authority submissions.
Support the medical information area.
Act with integrity and in compliance with laws and regulations and ensure completion of assigned mandatory and E&BI trainings within defined due dates.

The Medical Manager is a strategic ally that contributes to the strategy, planning, preparation and execution of scientific activities with healthcare professionals and medical associations that align with the commercial strategy and positively impact to increase the knowledge and use of our products.

Sobre você
Medical degree (MD) or a relevant advanced degree (PhD or PharmD) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
Previous solid experience in scientific areas of pharma/FMCH companies. Desired previous experience in the consumer sector.
Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects, including interactions with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and commercial teams.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing medical strategies, including launching of new products, and managing life-cycle management (LCM) activities.
Experience working closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, medical societiesand other stakeholders to gather insights and support medical initiatives.
Proven experience in overseeing clinical trials, real-world evidence (RWE), and other post-marketing studies.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Innovative and strategic thinking approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Mandatory fluency in English.
