As our Zone Medical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our medical strategic plan, engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and driving innovative medical value creation across multiple regions.
This senior management position requires a visionary leader to oversee our global brand Allegra/Telfast and local brand Cenovis, ensuring their medical strategies align with our business objectives. You will lead the development of a detailed Medical Strategic Plan, engage with healthcare professionals, and lead assessments of medical claims. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and shaping a brand approach to increase scientific value across teams in different countries, ensuring it aligns with the Zone Science Hub Head, Zone Brand Lead, and other important stakeholders from different departments.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead Medical Affairs Strategies: You will create and manage medical plans for Allegra/Telfast and Cenovis, making sure they align with our overall brand and business goals.
• Define Brand Approach: You will develop strategies to increase the medical value of our brands, setting clear priorities for local teams to follow.
• Evidence Generation: You will lead projects like real-world evidence (RWE) studies and clinical trials to support the claims about our brands.
• Coordinate Medical Events: You will organize and lead medical events and education activities for healthcare professionals (HCPs) in your zone and in Vietnam.
• Foster Team Development: You will build a strong team by promoting learning, sharing best practices, and improving skills across the zone.
• Promote Scientific Innovation: You will support scientific innovation and help create medical plans for our brands at both global and local levels.
• Ensure Medical Governance: You will ensure that medical activities follow company and industry standards and manage the budget for your zone's medical projects.

About you

• Education and Experience: Medical doctor, pharmacist or PHD holder. preferably 5 years' experience or more, including extensive management roles and global function experience across multiple regions or key countries.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, including drug development, R&D processes, and consumer healthcare regulations. Familiarity with Korea consumer health environments is a must.
• Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English. Korean speaking is a plus
