主要职责:
SRMM负责区域市场策略的制定与执行,提升医药产品的市场份额、品牌知名度和销售业绩,通过合作深入了解市场动态,挖掘潜力,推动市场推广和销售活动,实现业务目标。
二、岗位职责
(一)市场策略
制定区域市场推广计划,确保与公司目标一致。 组织市场推广活动,调整策略以保持竞争优势。
(二)销售支持
与销售团队紧密合作,提供市场支持,助力完成任务。 收集市场反馈,协同解决问题,优化策略。 协助销售团队制定市场推广方案,促进合作。
(三)客户关系
维护重点客户关系,提升满意度和忠诚度。 组织客户关怀活动,巩固合作关系。 收集客户反馈,跟进改进措施。
(四)市场调研
开展市场调研,收集信息,为策略制定和产品优化提供依据。 撰写市场分析报告,提供决策参考。 提出产品改进建议,参与产品规划和研发讨论。
(五)预算管理
制定市场预算方案,明确费用明细。 控制费用支出,调整超预算项目。 总结和分析费用使用情况,评估效果。
关于候选人:
(一)教育背景
1. 本科及以上学历,医学、药学、市场营销等相关专业优先。
(二)工作经验
1. 具有2年以上区域市场经验,MNC优先
2. 有丰富的市场活动组织策划和执行经验,熟悉各类学术会议、产品推广会等活动的流程和要点。
3. 具备良好的销售支持经验,能够与销售团队紧密配合,协同完成销售任务。
(三)专业知识
1. 熟悉医药行业市场动态、政策法规、产品知识等,对医药市场发展趋势有敏锐的洞察力。
2. 掌握市场调研、分析的基本方法和工具,能够运用数据分析结果指导市场策略制定。
3. 具备扎实的市场营销理论基础,熟悉品牌推广、客户关系管理等市场营销领域的专业知识。
