Nosso Time
Você terá a chance de liderar o time da CENTRAL DE PESAGEM e FABRICAÇÃO DE SÓLIDOS. Participando dos processos gerenciais das atividades produtivas e podendo ter interface com diversas áreas com impactos na manufatura. Mandatório seguir os procedimentos e regras de Boas Práticas de Fabricação e Segurança e meio ambiente.
Responsabilidades principais:
- Garantir execução em D, D+1, D+2 para materiais, ordens de produção e folhas.
- Assegurar execução dos postos de trabalho dentro do OEE target no seu turno.
- Assegurar o cumprimento de absorção do seu turno.
- Assegurar execução de setup dentro do tempo padrão.
- Realizar a distribuição do time operacional nos postos de produção.
- Assegurar acionamento das áreas de suporte para intervenções corretivas ou demais necessidades nos postos de Produção.
- Identificar, corrigir e dar feedback imediato ao time operacional em caso de falhas e desvios.
- Assegurar apontamentos corretos de hora homem e hora máquina e encerramento de ordens de produção com acuracidade e no tempo correto.
- Garantir Alocação do time operacional dentro das horas padrões de cada produto.
- Garantir execução dos processos dentro dos Procedimentos Operacionais vigentes.
- Atuar na prevenção de ocorrência de Desvios.
- Garantir execução das rotinas de HSE8 e KSE.
- Garantir que problemas operacionais sejam endereçados nas reuniões de N1 e, se necessário escalonar para N2, incluindo listar e endereçar irritantes.
- Garantir execução do mês dentro do volume e absorção previstos.
- Cumprir com a Política de HSE, atendendo com rigor as normas e procedimentos em todas as suas atividades, identificar e corrigir condições ou comportamentos inseguros, comunicando imediatamente qualquer situação de risco, bem como atuar de forma preventiva e pro ativa, preservando assim o Meio Ambiente, a Saúde, a Segurança das pessoas e o patrimônio da empresa.
- Avaliar e acompanhar o plano de produção mensal e diária nos postos de produção garantindo a aderência ao plano do mes.
- Dar suporte às demais áreas da Sanofi – Suzano - Brasil para o cumprimento das Políticas Globais de Qualidade e das exigências locais regulatórias, orientando e auxiliando quanto à correta implementação das mesmas e das Boas Práticas de Fabricação.
- Respeitar e praticar com rigor as Políticas de Qualidade e procedimentos operacionais em todas as suas atividades, identificando e corrigindo condições de risco de qualidade, comunicando, imediatamente, qualquer situação de potencial de risco de qualidade, preservando, assim, a saúde dos consumidores e imagem da empresa.
Sua Experiência: Para ser bem-sucedido neste cargo, precisamos de candidatos com os seguintes requisitos
Experiência & conhecimento: Para ter sucesso neste cargo, é necessário:
- Vivência em atividades produtivas
- Conhecimento em Indústrias Farmacêuticas (Diferencial)
- Conhecimento em sistemas como: SAP/ OEE (Diferencial)
- Habilidade em pacote Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Competências: Visar resultados, cooperação transversal, bom relacionamento interpessoal, senso de priorização, engajamento para a entrega do resultado mensal, flexibilidade e proatividade.
