Consumer Healthcare na Sanofi compreende os medicamentos isentos de prescrição e produtos de consumo, que são uma das principais linhas de atuação da Sanofi. Nos preocupamos com problemas mais comuns que afetam boa parte da população, como dores de cabeça e musculares, rinite alérgica, linha de vitaminas, a parte de gastrointestinais e para isso contamos no Brasil com um vasto portfólio de marcas ícones como: Allegra, Dorflex (marca 100% brasileira), Novalgina (uma marca centenária), Enterogermina, Dulcolax, Targifor, OsCal, entre outras.
Main responsibilities:
- Realizar o Planejamento e Controle de Produção dos Produtos Opella e Divest,
- Abrir Ordens Planejadas no SAP e manter o Kinasix com o Master data correto;
- Fazer o alinhamento de Sequenciamento mensal dos produtos com a equipe de Planejadores;
- Realizar a divisão de semiacabado para atender o MOQ;
- Fazer reuniões com Planejador de Demanda de Opella;
- Acompanhar produtos que serão descontinuados e o novos Lançamentos com a equipe de PPM;
- Dar o suporte na construção do Plano de Produção Anual do Site;
- Realizar alinhamentos semanais com as equipes de GQ, CQ e Produção para o controle de liberação dos Produtos;
- Contribuir para a construção de Reportes Semanais de Indicadores para a Liderança do Site;
- Fazer alinhamento com a equipe de MRP para acompanhar o esgotamento do Materiais Gráficos
- Fazer alinhamento com a equipe de MRP para acompanha chegada de MP importada
- Limitar o plano de produção em caso de Restrição, e manter a planta devidamente informada Restrição e fazer o FUP das ações;
- Participar de reunião com a Manutenção para identificar a parada programadas;
- Fazer estudo de ocupação do site alinhado com as premissas de SMS;
About you
- Experiencia: Experiência mínima de 5 anos no ramo farmacêutico, com conhecimentos de GMP, Sequenciamento de Produção, PCP, Planejamento de Demanda (MPS) ou Excelência operacional
- Soft Skills: Comunicação Clara e objetiva, resiliência, Trabalho em Equipe, capacidade de tomar decisões, gerenciamento de conflitos e proatividade.
- Habilidades técnicas:conhecimentos do sistema SAP e Excel.
- Educação: Ensino superior Completo
- Línguas:Inglês Avançado
