Sobre a posição:
Principais responsabilidades:
- Executar Preventiva em Sistemas e Maquinas Automatizadas;
- Suporte Validação de Sitemas Computadorizados: OQ, PQ, IQ;
- Diferencial Conhecimento em Validação de Sistema Computadorizado;
- Executar e criar estratégia de Plano de Manutenção para automação;
- Executar análises de falha em equipamentos e sistemas automatizados;
- Ter compreensão do Integridade de Dados na Industria Farmacêutica;
- Executar liberações de permissão de trabalho seguro;
- Assistir e dar suporte aos especialistas Técnicos terceirizados;
- Elaboração de instruções de manutenção/procedimentos;
- Avaliação de ordem de serviço;
- Solicitação de Revisão Check List de Preventiva;
- Acompanhamento dos Indicadores de Manutenção;
- Utilizar as Ferramentas de Performance da Opella;
- Calibração, Manutenção e instalação de Instrumentos é fundamental;
- Operação do Sistema de Planejamento de Calibração;
- Ajustes e atualizações em procedimentos de Calibração;
- Cumprir procedimentos de HSE, Segurança e Qualidade;
- Fundamental Conhecimento em linguagem de programação de PLC e DCS;
- Fundamental Conhecimento em linguagem de programação de supervisório;
- Fundamental Conhecimento em Protocolos de comunicação industrial de automação;
- Diferencial conhecimento em programação PLC e IHM Siemens e Beckhoff;
- Diferencial conhecimento em maquinas de embalagem farmaceuticas;
- Diferencial Conhecimento em maquinas de fabricação farmaceuticas;
Sobre Você:
- Educação: Técnico Automação / Eletricidade / Eletronica / Mecatronica ou Superior em Engenharia ou Tecnologia;
- Experiencia: Profissional das Indústrias Farmacêuticas, alimentícia, sanitizantes, cosmético, assistência técnica de Fabricante de Maquinas e Integradores;
- Soft Skills:Cooperação Transversal, comunicação com seus pares e liderança, cordialidade e serenidade serão pontos fundamentais para essa posição;
- Habilidades técnicas: Ter a capacidade de desenvolver a equipe em manutenção mecânica;
- Línguas: Inglês para leitura de Manuais e Orçamentos.
