1. 担当顧客に対して、正しい科学的知識と会社の方針を踏まえ、影響力を適切に行使しながら業務を推進する
KOL/AOLや、難易度・重要度の高い顧客を担当し、担当顧客の影響力(職位、学会での役職、地域での役割、周囲のDrとの関係性、将来像等)を把握し、顧客にどのように自社戦略を浸透させるかをプランニングし、ストレッチした目標を立案している。
担当顧客と患者やその家族が目指すべき治療ゴールを達成するための課題を明確にし、立案した目標達成に向けて、医師の行動変容を推進している。
2wayの機会にこだわった定期的な面談と、顧客の状況に応じたオムニチャネルによるアプローチ、連続性ある活動を実行し、自社製品の有効性や安全性の情報提供や環境整備を通じて適切使用を推進している。
2. 他のチームメンバーや、他部門のメンバーを必要に応じて巻き込み、調整をしながら業務を進める
所長・営業部長・本社などの社内関係者およびコプロメーカーのパートナーを巻き込みながら、顧客の課題に応じた適切な情報提供で行動変容を促し、実績面から営業所を牽引している
常に自分の業務と役割を検討し、自身の活動・実績だけでなく、他のメンバーの課題解決やエリア攻略に積極的に関与し、営業所の実績に貢献している。
営業所メンバーと積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、施設攻略上の課題や、ビジネススキル課題を特定し、課題攻略を行っている
プロモーターやチームリーダーなど、チーム運営の役割を担い、チームメンバーが効果的に役割を全うできるよう、チームメンバーや上長と綿密なコミュニケーションを取り、助言を与えながら成果を出している。また、その成果を検証し、次回の行動に活かしている。
3. 後輩社員に対して、会社の規則や方針にもとづいて、具体的にどのような対応をすればいいのかなどをアドバイスする
営業所メンバーに対し、ポジティブなフィードバックに加えて、厳しい内容でも気づきを与える言葉で指摘を行い、メンバーのストレッチした行動変容を促している
営業所プランの進捗をモニタリングし、適宜所長に進捗や課題を提言し、メンバーがポジティブな気持ちで営業所プランを完遂できるよう主体的にメンバーに働きかけ、所長のサポートを行っている。

皮膚領域かつBioのMR経験をお持ちの方
大学病院担当経験をお持ちの方
有効なMR認定資格をお持ちの方
車の運転に問題のない方
基本的なビジネススキル(コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、交渉力等)
基本的なコンピュータ関連スキル: Word、Excel、PowerPoint
