【Back ground: (背景)】

サノフィでは、現在血友病領域の薬剤が3つ上市されており(オルツビーオ、イロクテイト、オルプロリクス)、さらに今後も新規薬剤を上市する予定にしています。2015, 2014年に発売されたイロクテイト、オルプロリクスは日本初の半減期延長第Ⅷ因子、第Ⅸ因子として、血友病治療の発展に貢献し、更に2023年11月に発売されたオルツビーオは既存の製剤とは全く異なる画期的な第Ⅷ因子製剤として市場からも高く評価され、サノフィのprimary assetsの1つとして、2024年12月の長期処方解禁後は、更なる売り上げの拡大が期待されています。イロクテイトからオルツビーオへの切替促進、オルツビーオの売り上げ最大化を目指す血友病Aマーケティングのグループマネージャーのpositionを募集します。

【Job Scope: (職務範囲)

This position is responsible for maximizing sales of Hemophilia A products, especially Altuviiio, in the mid to long term. The position is responsible for creating and executing marketing plans (product strategies), negotiating with KOL, corraborating with Global (as a member of GBT, creating and executing Global brand plans, inputting into forecast models, etc.), and training team members as an important part of the role.

当ポジションは血友病A製品特にオルツビーオの売り上げを中長期的に最大化する責任を持ちます。マーケティングプラン(製品戦略)の作成と実行、KOLとの交渉、Globalとの協業(GBTの一員として、Global planの作成、実行、forecast modelへのinputなど)を行い、チームメンバーの育成も重要な役割の1つです

【Key responsibilities:(主な職務内容)】

●Team management (member training, member task management, etc.). 3 team members.

●Creation of marketing plan (product strategy)

●Planning and execution of activities to implement the marketing strategy

●Short-term and long-term sales and cost forecasting 

●Collaboration and discussion with Global, etc.

●チームの運営(メンバーの教育、メンバーのタスク管理など)。チームメンバー3人。

●マーケティングプラン(製品戦略)の作成

●マーケティング戦略遂行のためのアクティビティ立案・実行(資材作成、セミナーの企画など)

●短期・長期売上/経費予測 

●Globalとの協業&ディスカッション   など

【Experience requirement(求められる経験)】

● 3+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (specialty care preferred)

●Strong critical thinking skills

●Strong communication skills (building relationships with KOLs, working cross-functionally with other departments/Global)

●Experience in brand plan development and forecasting

●Experience managing team members

●Business level English (Verbal, writing and reading)

●Native level Japanese

●高いコミュニケーション能力(KOLとの関係構築、他部署/Globalとのクロスファンクショナルな業務遂行)
