NP PSL (Product Strategic Liaison)

デュピクセントの3つ目の適応症である「鼻茸を伴う慢性副鼻腔炎」のKOL/Product Speaker育成と、本社部門で実施するイベントの企画と実行

Job Description :

1.以下のPSLの役割をリードし、現在・将来の鼻茸を伴う慢性副鼻腔炎(以下CRSwNP)の適応におけるDUPIXENTの価値をチームとして最大化する強力なスピーカーを育成する。

DUPIXENTのメッセージを全国に広めることで、デュピクセントの価値を最大化し、耳鼻咽喉科治療における生物学的製剤の市場を拡大しつつ、競合に打ち勝つことでファーストラインのポジショニングを確立する。

•KOLマネジメント:波及効果のあるスピーカーの開発育成

•マーケティング戦略の実行:各種イベントの企画・実行(全国講演会、ウェビナー、共催セミナー)

•営業活動支援:エリアオピニオンリーダー(AOL)マネジメント支援

•サノフィのプレゼンス向上:耳鼻咽喉科領域主要学会のステークホルダーとの強いrelation構築

•Global発信:日本人KOLを海外へ演者として送り出し、日本から世界へのメッセージ発信に貢献

Selling Point:

  • CRSwNP治療領域における初のBio製剤登場から、SCS(経口ステロイド剤)でコントロールしていた市場がパラダイムシフトを起こしている
  • 患者さんの主訴である嗅覚障害に速やかにアプローチすることで、日常生活における疾病負荷改善に大きく寄与している
  • 繰り返す再手術でお悩みの患者さんがその苦悩から解放されている

必須経験: 

•CSA(MR)やMSLとして大学病院や基幹病院を担当し、KOLマネジメントを経験したことのある方

•自身が主幹としてKOLを巻き込んだ新たな組織化や講演会を実施したことのある方

•耳鼻や呼吸器領域(特にCRSwNP)もしくは、生物学的製剤で専門知識を持つ方

求められるスキル:

•リーダーシップと組織マネジメント力

•ビジネススキル(論理的思考、分析力、交渉力、発想力、コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、等)

•コンピュータ関連スキル:Word、Excel、PowerPoint

Job Description
NP PSL (Product Strategic Liaison)

Lead the following PSL roles to develop strong speakers who can work as a team to maximize the value of DUPIXENT for current and future indications of Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP).

Maximize the value of DUPIXENT by spreading its message nationwide, expanding the market for biologics in ENT treatment, and establishing a first-line positioning by outcompeting rivals.

  • KOL Management: Develop and nurture speakers with a ripple effect.
  • Marketing Strategy Execution: Plan and execute various events (national lectures, webinars, co-sponsored seminars).
  • Sales Activity Support: Provide support for Area Opinion Leader (AOL) management.
  • Enhancing Sanofi's Presence: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at major ENT-related conferences.
  • Global Outreach: Send Japanese KOLs overseas as speakers and contribute to global messaging from Japan.

Develop leaders with strong leadership skills.

Required Experience:

  • Experience managing KOLs while working as a CSA (MR) or MSL for university or core hospitals.
  • Experience organizing and leading new initiatives or conferences involving KOLs.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Specialized knowledge in biologics, or in the respiratory or otolaryngology field (especially CRSwNP).

Required Skills:

  • Leadership and organizational management skills.
  • Business skills (logical thinking, analytical ability, negotiation skills, creativity, communication, presentation, etc.).
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Japanese:Native Level

Preferred:

  • English: Reading and writing proficiency.
