En esta posición, serás responsable de asegurar la correcta imputación contable de la operación de los Sitios Industriales de Vacunas en México, considerado la configuración contable compleja (flujos Intercompañías, sistemas SAP interdependientes y trabajar con biológicos). Esta posición es responsable gestionar los datos maestros con impacto financiero, alineado con los requerimientos de cada una de las áreas de negocio con el fin de cumplir con la imputación contable correcta en el ERP.
Descripción Específica: (Principales Responsabilidades)
- Analiza los reportes financieros de cierre y brinda explicaciones a desviaciones en los costos de la planta
- Supervisa los datos maestros de materiales en sistema SAP de acuerdo con los requerimientos de cada una de las áreas de negocio con el fin de cumplir con el plan maestro de producción en cada campaña y asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de Manufactura y Suministro de Vacunas.
- Mantener una comunicación estrecha con el equipo global de SAP y otros sitios Industriales con el objetivo de alinear la ejecución de mejoras e implementación de estándares, así como la implementación de nuevos proyectos.
- Brinda soporte para el cálculo del costo estándar y brinda explicaciones de las variaciones.
- Brinda soporte en la elaboración del presupuesto e información relacionada con el costo estándar.
- Asegura el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos corporativos y locales en los registros contables.
- Desarrollar y mantener actualizados los procedimientos relacionados con modulo FICO en SAP para garantizar los flujos financieros de la planta.
- Proveer soporte funcional a los FBP’s de los sitios industriales respecto a los módulos de FICO en SAP.
- Brindar soporte en las iniciativas de mejora continua en torno a los procesos SAP a través de la generación de solicitudes de mejora (RFAE) y seguimiento a las mismas, generación de consultas y extracción de información para el análisis y toma de decisiones con base en los requerimientos de cada FBP, contribuyendo así con los objetivos del negocio.
- Promover la cultura organizacional de Sanofi, alineada a políticas, prácticas de liderazgo, diversidad e inclusión, comportamientos PTW (Play To Win), dando ejemplo de compromiso, motivando al equipo y facilitando los recursos para dar el soporte a la implementación de las iniciativas.
Acerca de tí
- Experiencia: Manejo robusto del módulo de Finance Controlling en SAP.
- Habilidades sociales: Toma de decisiones y análisis de problemas
- Habilidades técnicas: Análisis de Costos Industriales en Sistema SAP, gestión de datos maestros de materiales, creación de recetas y lista de materiales, experiencia en soporte funcional
- Educación: Licenciatura en finanzas, contabilidad o afin.
- Idiomas: Inglés intermedio capaz de mantener una conversación.
