Como Supervisor de Metrología y Calificación, serás el responsable de supervisar y gestionar el cumplimiento al plan maestro de calibración/calificación de los equipos y sistemas del sitio, asegurándose que los equipos y sistemas cumplan con las normativas Regulatorias locales y globales, para mantener el cumplimiento en las actividades de manufactura y control de calidad del sitio.
Descripción Específica: (Principales Responsabilidades)
- Asegurar el cumplimiento al plan maestro de calibración y calificación de los equipos y sistemas del sitio.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de mejora para la gestión de las actividades de calibración y calificación asegurando la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y continuidad de los procesos productivos.
- Asegurar que los equipos y sistemas cumplan con los estándares regulatorios (GMP y Normas Aplicables) para una correcta operación.
- Coordinar y gestionar contratos con proveedores externos para los servicios de calibración y/o calificación que se realizan con externos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas/estándares de calibración y calificación aplicables.
- Proporcionar capacitación y apoyo técnico al personal a cargo.
- Administrar y controlar el presupuesto del área, liderar proyectos de ahorro (3P) alineados a los objetivos.
- Brindar soporte a los proyectos CAPEX para garantizar el cumplimento GMP.
- Manejo de auditorías locales y globales
Acerca de tí
- Experiencia: Contar experiencia amplia en gestión de procesos de calificación y calibración en entornos de manufactura dentro de la industria farmacéutica o alimenticia
- Habilidades sociales: Liderazgo, comunicación al equipo y capacidad para influir en diferentes niveles jerárquicos.
- Habilidades técnicas: Conocimiento en normativas/regulación con enfoque en calibración y calificación
- Educación: Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, QFB o áreas relacionadas
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado
