Al integrarte a nuestro equipo serás responsable de gestionar las actividades de cadena de suministro (recepción, almacenamiento, surtido de materiales y materia prima, así como la gestión de inventarios y almacenes), considerando las políticas y lineamientos de calidad, de seguridad e higiene para la producción de antígenos y de formulación, llenado y empaque.
Gestionar y coordinar actividades relacionadas con la distribución y transporte del antígeno y del producto terminado asegurando el cumplimiento regulatorio, BPF y reglas y disposiciones HSE.
Responsable de implementar y dar seguimiento a las iniciativas y proyectos de mejora del área.
Responsable de asegurar el nivel de cumplimiento de BPF y BPD, así como de los indicadores de desempeño dentro del área y las reglas disposiciones de HSE.
Descripción Específica: (Principales Responsabilidades)
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas GMP y HSE de almacenamiento, surtido y distribución, así como realizar el seguimiento de la recepción del PT.
- Elaborar el presupuesto a mediano y largo plazo, ajustando las tendencias financieras para la gestión de los almacenes.
- Coordinar con el servicio de transporte los envíos del antígeno a la planta correspondiente y el correspondiente a la entrega del producto terminado.
- Gestionar el inventario dando seguimiento a los movimientos del material, granel y producto terminado Inter-compañías y a los inventarios cíclicos y anuales.
- Elaborar el presupuesto de inventarios y realizar los ajustes correspondientes de acuerdo con los ciclos financieros.
- Responsable de la elaboración y cumplimiento de documentos GMP (Procedimientos, Desviaciones, CCR´s), así como atender auditorías internas, externas e inspecciones y establecer planes de acción para el cierre de hallazgos.
- Coordinación de procedimientos del área en concordancia con las guías globales de la compañía, asegurando que los procedimientos normalizados de operación del área garanticen el cumplimiento de las directivas corporativas y la norma 059.
- Evaluar de manera regular los procesos del almacén para identificar mejoras.
- Llevar a cabo las correspondientes evaluaciones de riesgo y establecer planes de acción para mitigar los que no son aceptables
- Retroalimentar, guiar y desarrollar al personal a su cargo en apego a los valores y principios de Sanofi.

- Experiencia: Sólidos conocimientos en gestión de materiales (recepción, almacenaje y surtido) con requerimientos especiales de almacenamiento para cadena fría y temperatura controlada, operación y gestión de transporte (terrestre) temperatura ambiente y cadena fría, Flujo de materiales, Toma de inventarios, Gestión de destrucciones, Amplio conocimiento de GMPs, alineamiento a políticas globales y requerimientos regulatorios de almacenes y transporte, Gestión de auditorías e inspecciones y alineamiento políticas globales de EHS
- Habilidades sociales: Liderazgo, orientado a resultados, trabajo en equipo y fungir como guia y acompañamiento para el equipo a su cargo. Buena comunicación al interior y clientes internos (producción y calidad)
- Habilidades técnicas: Conocimiento y manejo de ERP -SAP Modulo de Distribución/inventarios, Manejo de auditorías, procesos de logística inversa y SGC.
- Educación: Profesional en Administración de Empresas / Ingenierías (Titulado)
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado indispensable
