The Digital Strategy Specialist isan essential role in delivering the various projects, programs and capabilities required to support a Global Digital Strategy and Operations function.
The Digital Strategy Specialist will focus leading and delivering initiatives spanning topics such as Digital strategic plan development, operating model development and implementation, delivering on innovative projects within the Digital and Business organizations using technology, gathering and sharing competitive intelligence, driving the development and KPIs and OKR that help showcase our growth and development using benchmarks, managing innovation programs, and overall communications related to theDigitalorganization’sprogressandmilestones.

Main Responsibilities
Facilitate, manage develop and implement components of the Digital strategic plan
Support development and execution of the Digital Strategy and Roadmap through monitoring of progress and related KPIs and work with key stakeholders to support delivery and value realization
Drive innovation funnel management and resource support innovation projects to support MVP development and effective scalability
Lead pods acting as in-house consulting capability, responsible for realignment and support of major program
Develop strategic documents and articulating the value associated with digital assets and tools created to support operations and innovation
Collaborate with the global Digital leaders across R&D, M&S and Commercial to ensure alignment and milestone-based program delivery
Generate outside-in perspective on how the pharma, life sciences, and other industries are evolving through the use of AI, new business models and partnerships / ecosystem establishment
Support the accelerated delivery of must-win, high priority programs that support new drug launches
Develop and manage roadmaps, milestones and manage risks associated with various programs and projects
Coach and support the team development goals and skills development
Manage and mature capabilities within the Digital Strategy and Digital Strategic Program functions
Coordinate, plan, and facilitate workshops, presentations and other discussions to help navigate / progress projects
Escalate risks and issues to appropriate governance bodies to effectively manageW
Develop a people strategy to ensure effective growth of the organization
Coordinate preparatory work and briefing materials for key meetings
Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field.
About You
Key Qualifications and Competencies
4-6 years of experience within the Pharma industry, Technology Consulting and / or Data and AI product management experience
Demonstrated data-driven, technology-enabled, people-centered consulting experiences (Strategic Thinker)
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex topics and effectively communicate them in a simple manner to support executive decision making
Emphasize focus on delivering outcomes, rather than outputs that can help move the digital organization towards the value targets intended
Product management skillsets
Ability to lead agile teams
Ability to manage strategic partnerships internally and externally
Ability to work cross-functionally, strong team player
